To create an MVP for an application which will allow customers to sign up and list their storage or enquire for storage solution. There will also be chat functionalities and an integration with payment gateway.

Able to achieve basic needs for the business model to allow customers to onboard on their own, list their storage, chat with one another and enquire for storage. This has to be completed within the sprint cycle agreed and design work has to be appealing and easy to understand

They use asana as a project management tool.They regularly update their asana with their daily activities. Additionally, they use skype with all the developers onboard with reports done 3 times a day, Start, midday and end. Whereby there is a clear description of daily activities and deliverables in order to hit the agreed timeline for each sprint. This gave us clarity of the progress the an efficient understanding of where the project stand. 
Additionally the project manager Sarin provided us with weekly updates and fast to respond. Whenever they received a any blockers or misunderstanding, they would clarify with us on issues and at the same time give suggestions on how we can proceed. This allows us to make the most inform decision to ensure projects complete on time. Additional when there are possible delays, Ateam would allocate additional resources without us requesting to do so in order to meet the agreed timeline.

• The clear transparency of being completed and done allowing us to plan our roll out day.

We searched online for multiple outsource IT solutions company before interview multiple vendors and selecting them based on their skillsets, in terms of reporting, tech stack, knowledge and past experiences in the field

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

When we first chosen the vendors, we provided ateam with the design our client would like and the SRS. ATEAM started to do their research on the whole documents listing out all requirements required and all the timeline for completion of the project. Before we started the project they establish all the clear protocols and groups for the daily updates whereby they would update the chat 3 times a day with work completed and blockers. This transparent way of working greatly allowed us to clearly understand their deliverables and time required for each development.

At the same time assisted us in providing a clear timeline for the client to work with. Their project manager Vinayak also followed up closely with me on weekly updates with product presentation and updates of the project. During the project we did some UI changes to the application being develop and ATEAM was gracious to accommodate our request, prioritising key features and updated us on the new adjusted timeline which they have sticked very closely to.

At the same time, Ateam has always provided a clear feedback to us stating on each different milestone with suggestions provided from Ateam's BA on the best way to do certain features which we were very impress with the way they did things. Currently we are moving off to deployment of the finalised project which vinayak and team has assisted us very closely on.

Everything was on time and Ateam always meet their datelines in which they have set. When ever there was a block, we will be notified early and when it will be complete, but this rarely happens, and when it happens these blockers will be completed together with the next milestone on time

I appreciated the clear and transparent communication between their team and ours. This greatly has assisted us with the clear communication with the client and enabled us to better achieve our goal

We wanted to build a fitness app with an ecommerce shop.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The CEO put a lot of time and meetings before starting the project. They listen and understand what you need and offer multiple solutions for it and as I have a programming background, they also took my opinion as suggestions as well. They agreed to use the best practices that we were looking for for implementing the solution.

We had lots of meetings and still are having those meetings to clarify things that are not clear. For the UI design, they offered more than 5 designs and we had a meeting to mix and match the best layouts possible. The project is divided into multiple milestones. Each milestone will be passed once we test it and make sure things are working as expected.

If there are any issues, we use Github to track the issues and Ateam solves them quickly and set them as done for another review. We used Flutter for the mobile app, AWS for servers, Laravel for the backend. There are other technologies that we are using like Redis, Payment Gateway, SMS Gateway, Email, Push Notifications, etc.

A project manager, 2-3 front end designers and programmers, 2 backend developers, the CEO is also involved for some meetings related to the progress of the milestones.

We have lots of meetings. We get updated every day on skype about the tasks every person has and also how much of those tasks got done. We have a progress meeting every week on what things got done last week and what are we going to do for the week and also what challenges we are having. I also have multiple discussion time with the main backend developer which is the project manager as well about the challenges and ways to solve it with having the best practices in mind.

I have instant chat access to the project manager if there is anything urgent. We meet over Zoom or skype anytime we know we need to with no delays. We track the project on Asana and Track the issues on Github. Communication about the project in general happens in skype, whatsapp, meetings. Comunication about a specific issue is recorded in Github issues or Github discussion.

They use version control (Git) so that puts them in front of many developers. They use Github features like Pull Requests, Issue Tracking, etc. and that enables us to know exactly what is happening and what is remaining. They use best practices in programming for our project and when I have a suggestion to improve the code quality, they consider in doing it.

Keeping the team up to date with new technologies and new releases of those technologies will help them to stay updated with the latest possible features.
