Our solution is second-most popular among curling clubs. It’s user-friendly, which was my top goal, very intuitive and reliable.
This was a really challenging project, and demand for adding new features grew very rapidly. They implemented any improvements or changes right away. We thought the solution presented well to clients, and aTeamIndia’s support for new features made a positive impression as well. I thought they did particularly well with product integration.
How did aTeamIndia perform from a project management standpoint?
They were always very responsive to my requests. We most often communicated through Skype, and phone. The project manager was very responsive and would sometimes help me after hours as well. There was a time when I needed 24-hour support to make sure the system was up and running and they were open to monitor it. aTeamIndia offered help anytime and I greatly appreciate everything they are doing to help stay active with support.

They are willing to help no matter what and they’re very reliable. Very quick at providing a quick solution or workaround.

Not really, I wish they were closer so I can meet them and thank in person for everything they did.
