We were following the Agile/Scrum methodology with them. Every week we jumped on a call so they showed the progress and we gave feedback. There were minimal delays due to modifications in scope that we request, but that was expected and within reason. They responded well and applied modifications without a problem.

We chose this company because of their processes. Their presentation was amazing and they showed us all the tools and strategies they use in order to deliver high quality products.

Are there any areas for improvement or something {provider_name} could have done differently?

We were not impressed with their deployment strategies but after we gave them feedback they improved it. Same was with following best coding practices, but once we gave them feedback they went back and improved the code globally

I’m an IT manager for Collins Constructions, a commercial construction company. I’m also an estimator for the company.

We engaged ATEAM SOFT SOLUTIONS to provide ongoing development support for the custom software we use to manage our internal business processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ATEAM SOFT SOLUTIONS provides various services, including UX/UI design, testing, and development. They’re currently helping us manage our custom software project, where they’re responsible for delivering on our development requirements for each sprint. We’ve provided written documentation outlining our requirements, and they’ve developed project documentation for ease of maintenance.

We use AI to process invoices through our project management and accounting software, so they’re helping us build upon the existing functionality. The team utilizes TypeScript, Vue.js, Google Cloud Platform, and other development tools. 

What is the team composition?

The team has fluctuated throughout the partnership, but we’ve worked with about 10 people, including Abhinand (Director & Founder).

How did you come to work with ATEAM SOFT SOLUTIONS?

I came across them on Google, and we organized a Zoom call to discuss the project. They stood out among the other service providers we were considering, so we decided to engage them.

We started working with ATEAM SOFT SOLUTIONS in September 2022, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

ATEAM SOFT SOLUTIONS has produced an excellent deliverable that has been invaluable for our business. As with any development project, we’ve experienced minor bugs, but the team has resolved and triaged them quickly.

How did ATEAM SOFT SOLUTIONS perform from a project management standpoint?

Abhinand has found good team members to work on our project, and we’ve developed an effective workflow. They’re good communicators; we can email or Slack them anytime. We also use GitHub to manage tasks, and they’re very responsive in that regard.

Furthermore, Abhinand always looks for ways to improve our processes and project outcomes. The individual team members have also shared valuable insights to improve the product. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with their personal touch. Abhinand always goes the extra mile to help us, which has made a significant impact on our long-term business relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re constantly improving and have quickly resolved any issues we’ve had, so I’m happy with them.
