I am the VP, Application Development at a mid-sized company in the Benefits insurance space, focused on providing benefits insurance brokers best of class technology and services to support their business needs.

We often depend on development partners to quickly and efficiently ramp up .NET development resources or teams to address business demand. Asinpa has supported this need for two plus years, successfully providing resources in support of multiple .NET application initiatives.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We started to look for near shore providers that could better support our business needs within our time zone, enabling us to better serve our clients and meet our SLAs. Asinpa not only provided the support we needed, but they were willing to customize their services to meet our unique business needs. It is their adaptability in combination with the quality of their staff that ultimately led us to select them.

They provided developers of all levels on one or more projects focused on developing Web-based .NET and Azure-based applications. They resources supported both front-end and back-end development needs. They easily ramped up or down these resources based on business needed, which has been key to our ongoing success with Asinpa.

The managers for the various teams met with Asinpa to discuss the projects, the roles needed, and the skills required to be successful. Asinpa presented multiple candidates for consideration and the managers performed interviews with each candidate. To date we have selected over 95% of the candidates after one interview, which speaks highly to Asinpa's ability to identify and attract talent.

The greatest way to describe the success of Asinpa's work is to share that Asinpa continues to support our needs after two plus years of partnership.

Highly effective. We have established a good meeting cadence at all levels, ensuring that both parties are able to share and address any challenges that may arise.

They are focused on business outcomes, and are always willing to adapt to our changing business needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication of leadership and team leads is great. As with any offshore/nearshore partner, the communication skills of the front line staff could always be improved.

Collaborate with Development and Technology teams to provide accurate and reliable data and data solutions. Automate data import from external sources into Power BI. Collaborate with Willdan Engineers to provide complex reporting.

For what projects/services did your company hire Asinpa LLC, and what were your goals?

For the development of a customized ERP that included most of the company's processes to have all the information within the system in an automated way, what interested us most was that we could control inventories and have automated financial reports.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We evaluated and interviewed at least 7 suppliers, we even chose a supplier prior to Asinpa, and we did very badly... but when we entered the process with Asinpa, what helped us decide was the quality time that they provided us to understand our needs and reflect in the quote in great detail what the development of the project would be like, the stages and the payments, that from the beginning we worked as a team, and everything was done with the greatest possible clarity, also in the service contract it was very impartial to fairly protect both parties (customer-supplier)

We had several sessions to document our processes and needs, with which a work scheme was developed in 6 stages and the quote. At the end of each stage we had a review of the development so far and evaluation of the team results that helped us a lot. to improve and optimize communication and development in later stages

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have 100% automated financial reports, and we can consult them at any time without having to run any additional process or cross-check information, we have improved times in inventory processes, we now have the most complete information in the system, which facilitates customer service faster and more effective.

Excellent! the fulfillment of the times and expectations were covered perfectly and there was always a great availability of the supplier for the communication and adjustments necessary to reach the objectives

Only that the costs later rose a lot and other developments that we had planned are no longer accessible to us
