We are a large enterprise covering multiple markets. UI/UX project span across multiple entities internally and I’m in charge of connecting our internal teams with outside creative agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire ArtVersion?

We engaged ArtVersion team to help us refresh current design systems and enterprise visual language to better communicate our mission in this ever changing environment.

How did you select this vendor?

I worked with ArtVersion creative agency with my previous employer and I was familiar with composition of their team. When this project was assigned to me I called ArtVersion team and shared RFP with them alongside current digital agency and few additional creative agencies. ArtVersion’s proposal was favorable and was selected by my team.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Because of the complexity, project was split in to two phases. First phase consisted of creative strategies for a visual language refresh that will serve as a intermediate solution for the larger UI/UX project. This part was handled rather quickly and they were able to complete entire process in less then 3 months, including approval from our team that took some time.

Second part is currently in the works and consists of in-depth user analysis, persona development, pathways and journeys design. ArtVersion’s expertise in this area is second to none. Guiding us through the project in the areas that we have very little internal knowledge, they looked through the metrics and analytics developing comprehensive design strategy that is backed by data.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

On the day to day bases, I work with two key people from their team. Other team members are introduced to the project as specific expertise is required. What is most impressive to us is that as they are adding new members to the project they all come equipped with previous knowledge and understanding of our project eliminating redundant talk and repeating what was already said. Their internal and external communication is very effective.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Everyone on my end loved the work produced. We ware able to follow quick turnarounds of design implementation thanks to the strictures processes that ArtVersion team put in place.

As the first phase of the project was launched we immediately noticed significant drop in bounce on our current websites and increased user engagement. What used to take five clicks can now be accomplished in a single click. We received positive feedback from our users. We have internally developed formula in calculating ROI and effectiveness of our agency partners, ArtVersion’s design work exceed numbers on our charts.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our team is large and not as nimble as ArtVersion’s. They are a true partner and adapted to our internal policies to accommodate our needs. Knowledgeable, friendly and responsive is what first comes to my mind.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their UI/UX design expertise is impressive. I learned that ArtVersion was one of the first to start practicing UX design discipline and they have published their internal research and findings on Forbes and Fast Company to better entire industry. Some companies keep their “secret sauce” where ArtVersion is publicly sharing their innovations. I find that impressive -and unique about their group.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that I can think of.

We needed to completely rebuild our website, to define our brand, and to make ourselves more visible online.

How did you select ArtVersion and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online and ArtVersion immediately caught our attention with their prompt response and very professional and meticulous proposal.

We began with an initial meeting to build a strategy. Every team member was assigned a task and the project was given a clear structure and time-frame.

Mainly 5 people worked with us on a regular basis.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

ArtVersion exceeded our expectations, working in a timely manner, always very courteous and professional. After launching the new website and cleaning up our social media accounts, we saw an increase in traffic.

We started with weekly in-person meetings. Whenever possible, we help phone meetings. Later, when most needs were met, we spread out meetings to once per month via zoom. Emails are sent regularly to share information or updates.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

ArtVersion are exceptionally courteous, professional, and prompt. They are easily accessible and 100% reliable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I honestly do not see a thing that they should have done differently.
