ARKA made the application for the project,We wanted to develop a mobile app for our users to access our content from their phones, we wanted to increase our traffic and visibility through a mobile app . our goal was to have a user-friendly platform that was easy to update from an admin perspective.

We searched online for app developers in our area and shortlisted 7 after interviewing them ,we chose this vendor based on their past projects ,design skills ,and cost estimate.

We held a series of meetings during which I explained my idea and they implemented it in stages. I received my application, but it has not been launched yet, waiting for Google's approval to publish it.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project .additionally ,I mostly interacted with two lead developers

It has not been launched yet, but we hope that it will be launched soon and will be well received by the people

The project manager was easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates .we had call in Through Zoom calls, Google Meet, and most of the conversations were by messages.

They were incredibly patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

I wish there was an Arabic translator to make communication more easier.

We held a meeting via google duo ,whatsapp,and zoom and with in two weeks i started receiving the initial design ,and updates were sent first-hand , and we have not yet done the actual experiment ,but i look forward to that.

We scoped out user experience and how to roll out a ticketing platform to market. Deliverables included the functioning website as well as a scanning mobile app so as to track event attendees.

We used Basecamp to manage the project and had weekly Skype calls to check in and discuss any issues or work out user experience.

The team has always been super responsive, understanding, and committed to delivering the best service. I would recommend ARKA Softwares for any software development projects.

We had a few minor bugs with the Beta but the team were quick to assist to resolve these.
