Many of my customers want the invoice to be sent to a different email address than the customer's. I want the order confirmation sent after ordering to be able to go to two different email addresses. It must be easy for both new and existing customers to add an extra email address. The order confirmation must be designed so that it clearly shows both email addresses in both the email fields as well as in the text of the message.

We got exactly what we wanted. During the course of the work, I had to fine-tune and complete my requirements several times and they solved the task without any problems.

We were looking for professional IT company which might be able help us to develop the Brainzeus app for reasonable costs, no time delays and looking and working great.

Professional, kind and helpful behaviour followed with great results and reports on daily/weekly basis. Always very helpful and giving great FREE advices and options where to go with the project and where to not go. Sandip's (the head of the IT team) Life motto is - "Can't is not an option" - that is really speaking for the creativity and working attitude of Sandip's team and their whole company also followed with an amazing results.

It has been almost 1 year now since we have signed up our first long term partnership contract with ARsourcepool company and it really was one of the best descisions of our Lifes for real! ARsourcepool never sleeps, always someone there to help whether you're From EU, US or UK doesn't really matter because AResourcepool is there 24/7/365. We have tried before to cooperate with few companies from several countries (UK, US, EU) but nothing worked like it is working now with AResourcepool.

We were and actually still are very nicely surprised since day one when we have talked to Sandip and ARsourcepool representatives about our dream cooperation which came true right after our wish was presented. Developers, Designers, Project managers, Accountant, Marketing&Business sale - I am in contact with 5-10 people from ARsourcepool team on weekly basis and I have also regular virtual meetings twice a week (Mo-Fr) with Sandip (The Head). Monday for week plan confirmation and Friday for job done confirmation - simple and smooth as that and it's working greatly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our app Brainzeus will be launched with the start of the Year 2023 but I can already say that the design looks amazing, the features that we agreed to working greatly already and probably the biggest thing is massive progress on daily bases with 2 reports every week plus extra calls if needed. AResourcepool team is really the combination of excellence and beauty. Excellence because of the product quality and excellent professional team work with great communication between the team and the customer.

The project managers in AResourcepool team are really professional and "finnish the task on time as best as possible" orientated. I also do like the combination of Man and Woman (Sandip and Pinky) - it almost feels to me like that "The Man build the house for a woman and the woman makes it even more beautiful by bringing flowers, painting with the best suited colours etc." - That's excatly how I felt when I worked together with Sandip and Pinky.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professional but friendly working attitude is impressive. I would recommend anyone to try to visit AResourcepool team on their Birthday - surely you won't leave the office without your Birthday cake and Birthday party but also without all of the daily tasks done for you. AResourcepool never sleeps and operating 24/7/365 WORLDWIDE (Did you see how many of clocks of different time zones they have in their office)?!

Another Unique and imperessive thing is that - Sandip (The Head) working overtime if is needed and closing the office as the last person - I see him as an amazing example of the nice, polite, skilled and hard/smart working Leader. Great Leader with a Great team of friendly and very skilled professional is really the Dream Team on board which I would never exchange. It is really a pleasure and professionality to work together with the AResourcepool.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

AResourcepool team together with their clients i believe they are growing together on daily basis with new upcoming project and challenges and even that we were working together on Brainzeus app which is an unique App and something that has not been done yet in such a form and scale, with AResourcepool team it all feels like an amazing adventure followed by Sandip's motto: Can't is not an option" and this is really making you feel comfortably even in unfamiliar and new areas. Of course this wouldn't be possible without an amazing team work, smart/hard work and smile.

AResourcepool is really special company which I have been looking around the world for 4-5 years now. AResourcepool company is not a big cooperation employing hudrends of people but when you are dealing with them it feels like that they are some big corp but much more friendly and less costly. I’m the owner of TCglobe LLC, a digital software company that does app, web, and e-commerce development, as well as digital and social media marketing.

What challenge were you trying to address with AResourcePool?

I had too many ongoing projects to handle internally so I needed more resources. I had started a few marketplace app development projects when I ran into several code problems. I had some on-site developers and had hired a few in Denmark, but the communication wasn’t good.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AResourcePool is working on helping me with a few projects, including developing a large, international Magento e-commerce platform. In addition to building a couple of websites, for which they’ve designed all the webpages, the team is also working on creating a few marketplace apps. 

What is the team composition?

There are about six people working on the webshop including designers, developers, and SEO experts. Three teammates are also working on the app development project and two others are helping with the website projects. 

How did you come to work with AResourcePool?

A couple of my friends from Denmark mentioned that the developers at AResourcePool were very professional, so I reached out to them and asked if they could help. 

How much have you invested with them?

The two applications cost around $50,000. I just started a $15,000 project with them, and we’re going to start a couple of application development projects that will be around $14,000–$15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The two applications were developed between December 2018–April 2019. I gave them more work after that, and I’m quite certain that we’ll continue working with them in the longterm.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we first hired AResourcePool, they helped us figure out a solution and developed the apps within a short time period. I’ve been very satisfied with their customer service and with the quality of the work they deliver.

We’ve just launched the marketplace apps, so I can’t say yet whether they’re successful. They are looking good, though. Their designers, who are better than mine, have helped me achieve my goals in a timely manner.

How did AResourcePool perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re amazing at what they do, which is why we’re still collaborating with them. The team answers all questions and does whatever they’re asked to do. AResourcePool makes an effort to be available despite the 12-hour time difference between the United States and India. 

I’ve been in contact with the entire team and I’ve even visited them at their office. Their customer relationship is phenomenal, and they’re very collaborative. Every project has a group with different developers and managers. We have a group chat, and there’s a head manager who oversees our Skype and Asana communication and is in charge of all the projects. 

Additionally, we have a WhatsApp chat where I can message them even if it’s late. In the case of an emergency, it will call one of their principals directly. Every day, we share screens, ideas, and feedback, and I meet with the two head managers to go over our progress and areas of improvement. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m incredibly impressed by AResourcePool’s work mindset. Taking their work very seriously, the team is always engaged and competitive. They make themselves accessible not because I’m making them do so, but because they want to deliver as promised. They’re very customer-oriented, which is rare. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should maybe take more free time. I don’t think all of them speak English, but we’ve managed to work together on many projects without any catastrophes. We communicate every day so we’re always able to take care of any issues or changes. I have nothing negative to say about them.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Clients should make a plan from day one. AResourcePool does their best work when the project is sketched from top to bottom because they follow the client’s path and requests. Constant communication will result in the best project ever.

Additionally, clients shouldn’t think they can just ask the team to build them a castle, go away, and come back a month later. They’re great, but they’re even greater when the client talks to and collaborates with them. If the client is also highly engaged in the work, the team will deliver more.
