GIT Branching Model established - Standardized branching model was established after the review of the current scenario.
Azure Maintenance - Azure resources were grouped based on their environment. Azure resources were reviewed continuously and updated based on the requirements.
Product Architecture - Product architecture was reviewed, and necessary suggestions were given to improve the performance. This is currently work in progress.

Yes, Apware were always on time for all their deliverables. Never required any follow-up. Most of the issues were resolved over the virtual call. If any further research on the problem statement were required, they were addressed on as per the agreed timelines.
