The scope was quite wide. Appsums built a completely new web platform for our client interactions, designed a custom software system for internal workflow automation, and even developed a dashboard where our consultants could track and analyze client data. They also made sure everything integrated smoothly with our existing ERP and CRM tools. On top of that, they handled testing and trained our internal team so we could take things forward without feeling lost.

The only thing I’d say is that their documentation could have been a bit easier for non-technical staff. At times, the guides felt too “developer-focused,” which made it tricky for some of our consultants to follow. But to balance that out, they set up live walkthroughs and were always available to explain things in simple terms, so it didn’t become a big issue.

The devs use their initiative to build solutions. They dont have to come back to you asking you questions all the time. They use common sense to make flows intuitive and will pleasantly surprise you by coming up with better ways of doing things than you would have thought of.
