I am Head IT in Pontika Aerotech Ltd. Having 15+ years of IT experience in Pharma industries. Pontika is a CDMO of manufacturing of Aerosol, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Ayurveda Products. Having 3 huge manufacturing blocks with R&D and Corporate Office in Himachal State in India. Compant do contract work for MNC's like Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever, GSK, Lupin, Cipla, ITC, SUN,Abbott, Raymond, Dabur etc.

We wanted a full fuctional ERP software to centralized and integrate our fuctional transactions and business process along with strong Business Integration MIS tool.

Vendor is having more than 17yrs of experience in ERP software service and having 15+ yr of association with the our group company TirupatiGroup. Vendor having strong techno-fuctional team and updated with current regulatory and latest technology requirement. they provide the customization for customize business requirement.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We wanted a full fuctional ERP software inclued Purchase &Inventory Managment, Production, Accounts, Quality, Lab managment, Sales Managment, Plant and Asset Managment which should meet all requirment of 21 CFR part 11, system integration facility with other systems. and sometimes customization as per business requirement.

So we found that ERP offered by the Appstean Probiz ERP is fullfilling our need since last 5yrs in terms of scalability, robust, Usability, Security, statutory. we reciving regular update for Bug fix, enhancements and upgradations. Strong BI-MIS reporting gives us real time data for quick business decisions. software is developed on Microsoft dotnet platform, SQL server and anguler.

we experienced the seamless Implementation of ERP with Appstrean. Data migration, Master mapping is very easy, effective. we did'nt face any issue in our first invoice. we meet all deadlines and statutary deadlines such as GST, E-way bill, E-Invoiceing. proactive approch of vendor is appriciable.

They should move to cloud based technology to take benifites of cloud technology which will make their products more strong and reachable.
