We needed to introduce some changes to our website, to add some new features, and to redesign our mobile app from native platforms to a cross-platform solution and add some new features as well. They studied the old code written by another company, evaluated all the risks and suggested the best solutions, then quickly began implementation.

We had a serious issue with a previous developer and were looking into hiring a new developer who understood time constraints and delivering on deadlines. This new development team did an amazing job at meeting the deadlines, performing the work they said they would, and never made any excuses.

When they realized that a deadline wasn't going to be met, they hired on another person to speed up the development. It is such a pleasure working with this incredible team!

I was introduced to them by a UX/UI designer. My brother-in-law used them to develop a project for them. He loved how timely they were, how easy they were to work with and he highly recommended them. I am so happy he did!

They had to access our Google Firebase, Gitlab, and Figma projects. They broke down each step into very distinct milestones and they tackled each one on time, and accurately.

There were 4 members of the team that worked with us. The CEO, project manager, and two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have been able to get our project up and running - from a design in FIGMA, to a broken database and code (due to an another developer who was not connected to We-Build) to being able to launch the platform within 3 months (vs 2 years of working with the previous developer).

They are incredibly communicative. Every email is responded to within 24 hours or less. If you request a phone call, they will hop on the call with you in no problem. Everyone on the team speaks great english, so there is no communication issues.

The one thing I love is that if they don't understand something, they ask, instead of creating something they think is the right option, and finding out later that it was not developed according to what our plan was. It makes development so easy when your developers check in with you!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything! Honesty, communication, talent, skills, availability to answer any questions we have (even about issues that weren't connected to the project). Everyone was so nice and lovely to work with, and they don't waste time either. They are straightforward and to the point, and I very much appreciate it!

None. I have never met developers like We-Build. I am excited to continue to grow our company with them!

I have already successfully collaborated with the development team from We-built.io on another project and advised on the project.They agreed to make a redesign in a short time.

During the kick-off meeting, we discussed the main goals of the site redesign. During the preparation of hi-fi ,mockups we constantly discussed with the team the possibilities of implementing the client's requirements. After the design was approved, the We-build.io team quickly implemented changes to the existing template on Wordpress and corrected the existing errors.

There were 1 front-end developer and 1 back-end developer.

After the redesign, the site loading speed decreased from 3 seconds to 2.3 seconds. The number of requests from the home page has also increased significantly.

I was building a business focused on modernizing the journaling platform and helping create habit forming solutions for improving mental health

I hired WE-Build to build the first phase of the MVP. My goals were to produce working software that I could use for my own purposes of journaling and start to create a streak.

I also really wanted them to figure out the basics of the sentiment analysis. My goals were definitely to get to a place where I would be able to show the software to early users and maybe investors to get people interested.

How did you select WE-Build and what were the deciding factors?

I was introduced to them from a friend who had also referred them.

I hired Taras and the WE-Build company to help build our first scope of the journaling platform. I was really focused on building a very intuitive signup and login process, a really clean interface for journaling and writing. Also then focused on building the streak formation process for the software as well as implementing a sentiment analysis model.

Taras was able to put in the IBM Watson emotional analysis which works great. The team was able to use the NodeJS framework and ReactNative which works great for my purposes of growing and scaling the business (I think!)

They were super responsive and helpful to all my needs as I was building. I also respect them for their ability to do the full set of tasks in the scope. I respected them and did not push for "scope creep"

I only really interfaced with Taras, the project manager. The rest of the workers were engaged but only in the background. When I had technical issues though, Taras was able to bring forth another member of his team to help me work through it.

As of yet, I do not have any feedback on the product. I have not yet sent it out.

We communicated over email and used google meets to meet over video. we did screen shares. We were able to use google slides to do visuals as well to show the desired changes.

I also used Loom videos to show the areas that I wanted to be fixed regarding interactions. It was awesome!! I love 2020 where we can just meet virtually across the world and collaborate in real-time. They hit the timelines perfectly. I wasn't under a deadline or anything but they were able to hit the needs on time for me in a reasonable 12-16 week time frame.

Their ability to ACTUALLY deliver on every task in our scope. They were very clear about how and what they could produce. Many developers will promise the world and then walk themselves back but not WE-Build. They followed the game plan. They were able to take my exact design critiques and implement them on one or two draft turns.

No, I think they were great.

Generally we’ve looked for help with design and development of the different parts of the product we're creating.

We needed experienced developers to create the product which will include reservation system, digital menu, Admin panel (CRM) and will be the centralized marketing tool for restaurants. We wanted to have fully designed and functional complex product for restaurant market that will allow us to boost our growth and scale rapidly. Now we are still working with team and our next project is the Chatbot.

2. SmartMenu - an interactive menu of dishes and drinks inside guest’s phone (web application, android application).
3. SmartVenue - solution for calling the waiter from the table (web application, android application).

Team created our product from 0 (just starting from the idea) to the fully functional marketing ecosystem for restaurants. It’s our core product, which is the base for building our business.

Generally guys took care of everything: they have analysed the idea, created development roadmap (agreed to our main goals/milestones) and executed that plan. They are still our partners and we are happy with timeliness, accuracy and engagement.

Great quality of work, high engagement, support in any questions / issues and also timeliness - they are always completing tasks on time, with high quality and excellent understanding of our needs. They are well organized and very flexible in adapting to any changes.
