I worked with Gurupritsingh the owner of the company and his team. they were a professional and managed to deliver a very good website design for my business and continue to maintain and develop the website. I think their prices are reasonable and affordable and I highly recomment them to do business with.

Project Management was really good. We have everything delivered within the timeline. One thing that stood different was getting a quick response whether it was requirement discussion or feedback. Also, the project manager Rutul was really professional and skilled. We also had some changes during the development which accommodated really well.

As our store grew, the complexity of managing our products through the e-commerce lifecycle (from listing to shipping) was becoming unmanageable. We conceived of a tech-enabled solution that would streamline our operations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had worked with several vendors prior to Guru and his team. We doled the project out in smaller phases to try them out and I've been using them for every phase since.

The solution is a hybrid app connected to both the ebay API and a warehouse database. We are developing in phases, both adding new functionality and refining existing modules as the build/test cycle continues. Each phase starts with a detailed spec tracked in an online tool called Asana. Various releases are issued through the development cycle for testing and feedback until the spec is met.

There are 4 main contacts. There is a front end developer, back end developer, project manager and account manager

The app has greatly streamlined our core operations and we continue to refine it. We are still a ways from a solution that we can market to other companies, but that is the ultimate goal. The best part about them is they stand behind their work, usually working beyond the spec to make sure everything is perfect. They are also very accommodating and easy to work with.

We communicate primarily over Skype, but also have fairly regular calls. We focus on the spec in Asana and use an emulator to demonstrate issues real time. Scheduling a meeting is easy, there make themselves available anytime and pull in any developers when needed.

The willingness to see the job through. Our phases are fixed price, so when there are problems, they take it upon themselves to fix. And, as a customer, I know I can cause scope creep too and we've always found an agreeable compromise that keeps things affordable.

Whilst they do make things right. There probably are a few too many errors to begin with. They would benefit form a stronger architecture viewpoint to foresee potential problems before they get hard coded.
