Our entire website was completely redesigned, keeping the original layout and style but adding a sleek, and eye catching look to the new website. Updated faculty biographies, program and extracurricular activity pages, a virtual tour feature showcasing our campus and facilities, and a redesigned homepage with an eye-catching visual layout were among the new features on the website.

Additionally, they integrated a content management system (CMS) that simplified the process of updating content on a regular basis, making sure that the website stays current and relevant.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There has been a significant improvement in our online presence which was brought about by the new website. Inquiries from potential parents and students have increased, and the website's professional and user-friendly appearance has received numerous positive comments.

Particularly popular is the virtual tour, which allows intrested families to get a true feel for the school without having to arrange a visit.

Ap4 Digitals created a safe and easy to handle website. Developing an appointment scheduling system from the ground up, adding a secure video consultation function, and putting role-based access control and user authentication procedures in place were all part of the project. In order to handle the massive amount of patient data while maintaining data security and GDPR compliance.

They also produced a highly responsive design that is compatible with a wide range of platforms and devices, enabling patients and medical professionals to use the website. Before the official launch, a number of testing phases were carried out to guarantee optimal performance, including stress tests for scenarious with high traffic. Ap4 Digitals is still providing the system with regular maintenance and support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What stood out the most was the system's user-friendliness. Given the wide range of users, both staff and patients quickly became used to handling the new platform. We were able to increase patient services and improve appointment scheduling thanks to the easy integration of online consultations. Because of the system's integrated reminders and convenient online rescheduling feature, scheduling errors have been significantly reduced, and the number of missed appointments has dropped.

The project was very impressive. Ap4 Digitals made sure to include us in all important decisions and maintained constant communication throughout the process. They met all of their deadlines and even delivered earlier than expected at some point in the project.

They responded very quickly, which was very helpful when we needed extra features or needed to make changes. We had peace of mind the entire development process because they were always available to fix any problem that came up and provide updates.

Our operations were completely changed when they created and developed a custom hotel management software that easily combined several platforms. Online booking, real-time check-ins and check-outs, and enhanced efficiency were made possible by the booking management system. 

In order to track guest preferences and improve personalized service, they also created a customized CRM that increased guest satisfaction. In the housekeeping and maintenance management system, staff assignments which ensured smooth daily operations, and automated data insights in the financial reporting tools help us make data-driven decisions more quickly.

We needed a company to develop our website and mobile app. We had an existing mobile app that customers could use to book appointments, but it was useless.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they developed our website, and then they developed our mobile app. We explained what we wanted for our mobile app and planned the whole system. Appz4 developed the app for iOS and Android. 

They built an appointment function for our guests to use within the app. The Appz4 team also developed a backend office platform that enables our team to manage appointments. Our barbers can use the backend administration function to view the reservation, administer service costs, and receive tips.

I’m the chief business development officer for TMRW Hotels, a smart hotels software company. We sell solutions to any kind of lodging facilities.

What challenge were you trying to address with Appz4?

We wanted to solve the problem of guests having to wait to check-in and check-out. We felt there wasn’t a comprehensive, holistic, smart solution on the market for the hospitality sector. We wanted to grow out to be a huge system covering every single aspect of the guest journey, as well as helping hospitality professionals and hotel owners’ operational life.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They did some market research for us in terms of the existing companies, existing solutions in the market, and existing solutions we’re connecting to today. They helped us to develop the scope, wireframes, and made suggestions in terms of the design.

They developed our Android and iOS app, with a corresponding web application. They did the front and backend. They helped us from ground zero to build the entire infrastructure of our system. They also helped us to understand what we should do to realize the business ideas we had.

There are four people working on the backend, a project manager, an iOS developer, an Android developer, a frontend developer, and a web developer.

We are very satisfied with the quality we received from them. Any bugs and issues were taken care of. We’re extremely happy and satisfied with the work they provided, which is why we’re still working with them.

How did Appz4 perform from a project management standpoint?

It was a smooth relationship from the start because of their past experience. They contributed with a very effective and positive attitude. They always brought up new ideas and evaluated the ideas for clarity. They always told us where to pay attention from an IT point of view. Their customer service is very productive, fast, and precise. Whenever we had any issues, they were approachable and available even after hours and on the weekend. They treated us like we were their number one project. They really take care of their clientele.

The milestones and deadlines were met 99% of the time. Nothing can be kept 100% because there are so many factors that have to be taken into account because we changed the direction we wanted to go along the way. We communicate via conference calls, private meetings, emails, and Skype calls and video conference calls.

Compared to other companies in the market, cost-wise, project management-wise, customer relationship-wise, they are by far the best.

Creating a mobile application that combined cargo management and route optimization functionality with real-time fleet tracking was the responsibility of Ap4 Digitals. We were able to track the whereabouts of our vehicles using a real-time GPS system thanks to their hardwork, which delivered a complete solution. 
The app additionally featured a dashboard that provided thorough cargo management oversight, allowing us to easily monitor the drivers and quickly update them. Ap4 added complex route optimization algorithms to improve operational efficiency, which resulted in much faster deliveries and lower fuel usage. They also made sure that we could quickly handle any disruptions by designing the app to send out customized alerts for important events like delays, maintenance needs, and route deviations.

Delivery times have decreased because of the route optimization feature, which has also given our drivers a more organized and effective workflow. We have also been able to maintain our cars more efficiently by using the app's alert system, which has helped us avoid breakdowns that would have otherwise interfered with our plans.
