We tried to learn their skills through the project but didn't have enough time. This part is a bit disappointing.

• App development: We had a lot of meetings throughout the entire project. We discussed the platform's design, logo, features/functionality, challenges, test and demo of the product, etc. 
• Technologies: PHP, NodeJS, React Native ERP system: AMELA helped us to update systems to ensure data integrity by migrating legacy data, integrating raw data silos, modernizing data infrastructures, and seamlessly integrating systems. 
• Web app development: AMELA developed a management solution for us. Initially, we came to them with a prototype we’d implemented in a few places, talking them through what we’d done and wanted to do. That included some code we’d developed, screenshots of our rudimentary platform, and customer research. 

Amela then guided us through their design phase. We went through user personas in much greater detail and created wireframes. Once we transitioned into full-scale development, they built and released a cloud-based app in AWS.

Our company including all departments used to validate the work was satisfied with the final result. Successfully had a system to track and increase performance on our own. The project had a very short development period but AMELA was very good at agile/scrum development and the development speed was very high, so we could deliver our service successfully.

We had daily/weekly meetings and mainly communicated through Slack, Google Meets, Atlassian, and shared documents daily. AMELA did a great job in daily/weekly meetings, reporting, follow-up, and supporting us even after the project was done after a month. Their management is exceptionally lean and agile. We received weekly reports via Slack,Google spreadsheet/docs, Atlassian and communicated via Slack/Google Meet. AMELA development team responded quickly to any concerns we had within a few hours.

Everything from AMELA impressed us, from their faithful, sincere, active and positive working style, timeliness, and significantly, the cost optimization they offered.

As far as we know, nothing. Except for team building issues on our side, almost everything has gone well, and we’re realy satisfied with their work. If we ask challenging tasks, they rather enjoy and aggressively solve them. We've been trying to learn their skills, workflows, mindsets through the project but haven't being able to take enough time and human resources, so there are areas for improvement on our side, but basically AMELA is exeptional.
