We hired Ameba to help us with the rebranding project of Peregrinus.

How did you select this vendor?

They did a great job in the past with Peregrinus.

To start, they interviewed us in order to get a better understanding of what we were looking for. After that, they started an iterative process showing us different versions of the brand, to help us discover what we really wanted for our new brand. Finally, they made a refresh to our website, updating it with the new logo and design.

Four people, Designers and a Project Manager.

Because of the project, we made a special event to tell our client about our new brand and some changes that we were expecting later on.

We had weekly meetings to see the progress and to make decisions. Some of them help us adjust our plan and the scope.

Their commitment to understanding what the client wants is impressive.

What were your goals for this project?

We were interested in a user friendly web site.

SOLUTION

How did you select Ameba Creative Studio?

We met them in one of our training courses and then some friends of us recommend they.

Once they joined one of our workshop and analyzed our old web site the proposed us some ideas. After some sprints to improve it and give them some feedback, we were able to launch the new one.

We were assigned one PM and one front end designer.

We've heard positive feedback about our new web site.

We connected with our PM every week and used Asana to see updates and prioritize tasks.

We are so happy about how they understood our culture and then shape it to our new web site.

Next time we hope to be able to launch our new website each week until the end of the project.

I'm the CCO of an Uruguayan Fintech company called Midinero. We provide to our customers a solution to manage their money through their cell phones and a Mastercard prepaid card without having a bank account.

Our website was really outdated and needed a deep architectural and design refresh in order to leader the kickoff and official presentation of our new products (cards) design and new social networks accounts.

We searched for web developers and received a few quotations. After interviewing them we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills and cost estimate.

They develop and design a WordPress site that provide flexibility and a permantly easygoing improvement process.

We work very close with our Account manager Camila and Ameba's co-Founder & Director Miguel whom coordinate their team of Designers and Developers.

Our project is still in the development stage, so it is too early to determine the effects of their work.

The project manager is attentive and responsive to all issues. We have a healthy dialogue and a smooth exchange of ideas. We communicate well through emails and video calls. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciated their mindfulness of deadlines and keeping open lines of communication.

The team’s response time to emails is a little slow.
