Altabel Group handled the full scope of the project, from UX strategy and website structure to design and development. They also ensured the website was scalable, easy to manage, and aligned with theFaceFace brand, delivering a complete, functional platform rather than just a static website.In terms of tools, Altabel Group integrated an online booking system, online consultation and intake forms, automated client communication flows, payment integration, and backend systems that allow us to manage content and services efficiently. They also ensured smooth integration between the website and our internal workflows, making it easier to scale the business while delivering a seamless experience for clients.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project resulted in a much more structured and efficient business workflow. We saw clearer client journeys, higher-quality inquiries, and smoother online booking and consultation processes. The website now supports our services more effectively, reduces manual work on our side, and allows us to guide clients more intentionally through our offerings. Overall, the platform became a true business tool that supports growth, scalability, and a better client experience.While we didn’t set out with rigid KPIs at the start, we’ve seen clear, measurable improvements across key areas.
Online bookings and consultation requests increased after launch, manual back-and-forth communication was significantly reduced thanks to automated flows and structured intake forms, and client engagement improved as users were able to navigate services more easily and complete actions in fewer steps. Internally, the time spent on administrative tasks dropped noticeably, allowing us to focus more on clients and growth.
In fact, we saw a 30% improvement in these metrics, and the improvement was sustained over the following months. After the initial post-launch uplift, the metrics stabilized at a higher baseline rather than dropping back. Online bookings and consultation requests remained consistently stronger than before, and the reduction in manual administrative work continued as the automated systems became part of our daily operations. Over time, we also saw more qualified inquiries, which further improved efficiency and client engagement.

Altabel Group has helped us move One Hub Analytics from an internal modeling environment towards a usable SaaS platform. Their work has enabled us to have a functioning frontend and backend application layer around our proprietary optimization, financial modeling, and simulation libraries.The progress is visible through several concrete results, including working UIs, project and scenario configuration workflows, backend services connected to our internal APIs, dashboards, and result visualization screens. Moreover, they’ve contributed to around 7–8 product updates and releases of One Hub Analytics.From a business perspective, the collaboration has helped us prepare One Hub Analytics for client demonstrations, investor presentations, and commercial validation in the renewable energy and battery storage market. The platform has been shown in around 20 client demonstrations, and we now have clients using or evaluating the product.

How did Altabel Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Altabel Group’s project management is very effective, especially in the early phases of the project. We have a highly capable project manager who has established the basis of the collaboration in a very efficient way. This has helped us organize the work, coordinate the frontend and backend development teams, and create a productive working rhythm with our internal team.Moreover, they generally deliver on time and help us maintain momentum across several product releases. This is particularly valuable because the project is complex and evolving, involving the development of a SaaS application around our proprietary optimization, simulation, and financial modeling components.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses us most about Altabel Group is their flexibility and ability to adapt their development capacity to the needs of the project. At the beginning, we needed a larger team to accelerate the initial build of the platform. Later, we reduced the team for ongoing development and then scaled up again when we needed to integrate the financial model.This flexibility is very valuable for us as a small startup because our development needs have changed significantly over time. Overall, what makes them stand out is their combination of technical execution, team scalability, and practical collaboration. They’ve helped us move faster without requiring us to build a full in-house frontend and backend team from the beginning.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our experience with Altabel Group has been very positive. One area that could be managed differently is the rotation of some key roles during the project. Their flexibility and ability to adapt the team size to our needs are very valuable, but they also mean that some important positions have changed over time.In a complex product like One Hub Analytics, involving frontend, backend, APIs, optimization, simulation, and financial modeling, continuity in key roles is important for efficiency and knowledge retention. That said, Altabel Group has managed these transitions responsibly. They’ve assessed the cost and impact of their internal personnel changes and worked to maintain project continuity.
