The website now supports our services more effectively, reduces manual work on our side, and allows us to guide clients more intentionally through our offerings. Overall, the platform became a true business tool that supports growth, scalability, and a better client experience.While we didn’t set out with rigid KPIs at the start, we’ve seen clear, measurable improvements across key areas.
Online bookings and consultation requests increased after launch, manual back-and-forth communication was significantly reduced thanks to automated flows and structured intake forms, and client engagement improved as users were able to navigate services more easily and complete actions in fewer steps. Internally, the time spent on administrative tasks dropped noticeably, allowing us to focus more on clients and growth.
In fact, we saw a 30% improvement in these metrics, and the improvement was sustained over the following months. After the initial post-launch uplift, the metrics stabilized at a higher baseline rather than dropping back. Online bookings and consultation requests remained consistently stronger than before, and the reduction in manual administrative work continued as the automated systems became part of our daily operations. Over time, we also saw more qualified inquiries, which further improved efficiency and client engagement.

Moreover, they’ve contributed to around 7–8 product updates and releases of One Hub Analytics.From a business perspective, the collaboration has helped us prepare One Hub Analytics for client demonstrations, investor presentations, and commercial validation in the renewable energy and battery storage market. The platform has been shown in around 20 client demonstrations, and we now have clients using or evaluating the product.
