What challenge were you trying to address with Alphanizes?

We needed help creating our brand’s website on Shopify, along with branding and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Alphanizes has created our Shopify website, which includes design, content creation, banner and image design, branding, product listing, mobile responsiveness, and shipping and payment gateway setup. The team has delivered the website and is currently providing marketing services.

We found them through an online search and referral. We chose them over other options because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working together in January 2026, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Alphanizes has created and launched our website, which was the main scope of work. Since we started completely new, we had 0 traffic before the website launch. Now, we’re getting daily traffic, new visitors, and sales on our website. Our engagement has rapidly increased after the website launch, and we’ve seen an 80% increase in traffic.

How did Alphanizes perform from a project management standpoint?

Alphanizes has delivered on time. The project manager assigned to us is very supportive and has helped us understand and guided us through the complete project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The knowledge they carry is impressive. Everything is so properly organized, and they have timely meetings with no delays.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Everything has been so perfect that it’s true. We weren’t expecting that they would deliver our website on time, but they’ve made it possible, and we’ve been live on our launch date.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

As we are an Agency, we have worked with Alphanizes on not just one but multiple projects. The current project was to build a 3D Annimation video for marketing of our Agency. The video was to explain why marketing is important and how it will impact eCommerce business. In the video we needed to show characters which will explain the importance of marketing with AI. 

The deliverables included: 3D Explainer Video with detailed annimations, Voice Over, Background music.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So the video was posted on multiple platforms and we got a lot of leads from there which generated good revenue for our agency.

Again, this is not just one project on which we worked with them. We have been working with them for almost a year now. All the work that they have done is fantastic. We were in coordination directly with 'Anu' she is the one who worked with us on our project along with her team. The project was maintained on Trello and we got all the updates there. Whenever we had any questions, we jump on a meeting with Anu and the questions were resolved. Not just that, she gave us a lot of ideas on how we can create the video. All the videos that we have created are on-time and are as per our requirements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The creative work that these guys have done. I'll say as a marketing person, these guys are more creative then me. Especially, Anu, she was the mastermind behind the success. We will keep on working with them forever.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alphanizes could have done differently?

A small thing to add here. Although everything is great and as per expectation, sometimes, the timeline goes up and down. They do cover 90% of the things on time but if that little things are covered on time, that would be way perfect.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of the work was to create a product explainer video. Alphanizes created an explainer video for us to showcase our product so that Shopify merchants can understand easily how the app functions and the features we provide. A detailed explainer video was delivered along with storyboard and voiceover.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The explainer video was a huge success for us. After the video was provided to us, we launched the video on multiple platforms like YouTube and other social media platforms and we saw a straight increase in our app installs with the video. Now merchants were able to understand the app. It got us a 30% increase in the installations just from the explainer video.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

For management, they used a project management tool 'Trello' for managing the complete project where we were easily able to track the complete project. 'Anu' was the Project Manager and we were directly working with her and her team. Not to say but those guys were fantastic and delivered the video the way we wanted. We provided them the script for the video and they started with storyboards. At first sight only liked the storyboard and the color schemes used. After that, there was a voiceover where they shared with us multiple options to choose from. Everything was perfect and was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything was great! From the start of the project till the end, we were in a loop in all the work. The most impressive part was their management and willingness to work on the projects. Again, Anu, who was our project manager, did a great job. Even they suggested to us that this thing would look great instead of this. Their suggestions worked best for us. Overall the video was a huge success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Alphanizes could have done differently?

I don't think so! These guys did a fantastic job. They know what they are doing and are best in their work.
