For what projects/services did your company hire AllSTARSIT?

We hired AllSTARSIT when we needed to find a manager to run our media team, and a couple developers.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

After our first communication with AllSTARSIT team, we felt that they were all-in. We have had constant communication, updates on the process and we felt genuine wish to help us from their side. They also offer some unique features, compared to other staffing companies, such as trial period, payment only for the developers who were hired, and more.

There was a challenge in finding the right person for our technical engineer/ project manager position. The recruitment process, as demanding as it was, felt very easy for us, and from what we know for the candidates we hired. The guys, who we hired, are a great addition to our team and they fit in just perfectly.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In the beginning this project was held by one recruiter from AllSTARSIT team, and after that a site-manager, dedicated to EASE was added to the team.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

They’ve managed to find the right professionals for us within two weeks, which was just excellent. Moreover, at the interview stage there weren’t any developers who didn’t match the criteria we have discussed, we were literally choosing the greatest out of the best.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was easy, simple and fast. We got exactly what we were looking for within such a short period of time, and we plan to keep our cooperation with the developers we have hired for a long time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With AllSTARSIT team we were able to start working with the developers we needed within two weeks after our first introductory call. We were very impressed by their professionalism and dedication.
