www.AllHotels.am is an online booking system for the objects of hotel industry which provides wide range of opportunities for its partners and customers.

The website was established to support clients for hotel booking in the Republic of Armenia and in the Republic of Artsakh. This system of online booking is multidisciplinary platform which represents all hotels, hostels and boards and also B&B in Armenia and in NKR.

The website allows every user to look through hotel rooms in the form of the three-dimensional image (3D/360 ˚), to make a choice from a wide range of hotels with the help of more than 25 hotel conveniences and to save time due to online (Visa, Master, ARCA) fast and available transactions.

The trilingual version of the website (on Armenian, Russian and English), and also existence of different types of currency give the chance to satisfy needs more quickly and easily even of the most exacting clients. Support 24/7

Algorithm Solutions' team developed for us really good platform, we use it now, and there are no problems with it. They support us, connect with us for knowing if there are problems or not.

Everything is simple and easy, There are PM and BD Specialist. They do and manage everything for making the process for the client easy. You know it's so good to know that everything is under the control, that you don't need to educate, to waste time, so they are really professional.

Their processes and specialists were impressive. They think about everything as it's their business too, not only yours :)

I'm CTO in the Educational Business, I will not share the name, sorry. It's an Education Platform that connects students with different specialists from their "sphere", get help. It's the main difference with another similar platforms, of course, we have courses, studies and etc. Also we have community there.

We have hired them for making all these real, to make platform with several login types, admin, lecturer, student. We have different tools on the platform: management, system for courses, our admin. All these and other more little things Algorithm Solutions have done for us.

We have found them through some blogs, have found their website, connected and here we are.

We have used PHP, Laravel, React, I can't share more details in this scope. So we have different meeting for making everything clear, to be sure that everything will be done in this way that we wanted, everyone supported us on this way, each employee.

It made our business. Without the platform we wouldn't be able to go live. We based online only, so they have done everything as was planed for our business, supported us, as they could.

We have communicated via Slack, Trello. There were Project Manager, Business Development Specialist and we have had conversations with CEO too. Very organized people.

Their approach that they wanted to clarify everything for making the project run successfully was impressive. They have passed with us our difficult times, I think it's just most impressive about them. It's all about PEOPLE!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so, if there were problems, they solved them very fast. I hope we will work together again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

So without Algorithm Solutions we wouldn't be able to have such tool, software, that we are generating now, we are growing and they are continue supporting us and the platform.

I can say from my side, that I don't like participating in every detail of the project, I like to control everything in general. So they made it real, we had calls each week, discussing everything and that's all, then PM and AM was connecting me during different more global questions, everything was maximal automated and easy from their side for me.

Their working style and approach wereimpressive. They are always trying to reach out all the needs and then make them real.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I guess no, there were some issues during the work, but it was more the mistake of my team.
