Scope of the project was to create a digital guarded marketplace for us along with automation of backend process for our opeations team. 

Guarded marketplace - which included whoever sign up need to go through the approval mechanism via our operations person. There are 2 types of users - seller and buyer. There are different flows and functionalities for both. Seller can upload their content along with the different types of content rights they are planning to sell, funcationlites include create, edit, update and delete a listing. Similarly for buyer, they can login and check listing and licenses they require, there are functionalities like search and filter to help them browse the list. Offer flow is also there where seller and buyer can negotiate the price of the rights digitally and have admin also as 3rd approver for the authneticity and safeguarding of the negotiation. Once agreed buyer can pay the token amount via website only.

Admin - Admin panel is created for our internal team to approve profiles and also listing and also help sellers/buyers upload their listings. This panel is also used for all our Backend processes.

Team has shared the milestone on differnt flows and pages which they are going build over the course of the project. We measure progress success based on the milestone timeline being met and obviously at the end when the complete project is delivered on time.

Project management was really greate and flexible, Since the project requirement itself were being modified as we progress milestone to milestone, team was very helful and flexible in understanding the new requirements and proposing the choices on feasiblity and on time deliveries so that the proejct end timeline is not disturbed. They also share pros and cons of adding feature which was really helpful in taking decisions as a client.

Two things stand our to me when working with Ajackus.

1. They provided us a manager who helped reduce the time we spent ramping up and reviewing the work of their engineers. This person was extremely valuable and receptive to feedback.
2. Their engineers were able to navigate a project that at times had ambiguity in the requirements. They offered up quick POCs and had constant communication around the direction. I was surprised to see a contracting team that showed as much initiative as Ajackus did and was able to perform in an environment that changed and evolved in real time.

No. As I mentioned earlier there were some early concerns around quality and internal time investment but those are expected with a new partner and were quickly addressed. But overall, we are very satisfied with the quality.

  • User feedback - The majority of the users we have talked about the app so far have loved the way it looks, feels and flows.
• Quantitative - 
  • Point calculation system - As a fantasy startup at the MVP stage, the point calculation system has to be seamless and is probably the best metric in the current scenario to denote success. Ajackus has built a dependable point calculation system to help users understand their points for the weekend and help us declare results accordingly. 

Please note that our game format is quite unique and involves a lot of variables, and hence, the fact that the system delivers results taking into account all those factors is a success.

We would obviously scale up and add more features and enhancements to make the app better in the future and will have more metrics to share then.

Their internal management seems robust, as they mostly delivered all the results on time, irrespective of how complex the tasks were. 
Our needs are noted and acted upon quickly, and a few of our urgent requests were also expedited from their end, given the importance they held for us. Overall, we don't have any complaints.

As the product revolves motorsports, there would be people following the sport and there would be people who don't. So, there was a communication gap arising between an ardent fan of the sport (us) and the people who do not follow the sport (Ajackus). Hence, naturally, there were a few discrepancies arising as well. 

Most have them have been taken care of and I appreciate the proactive-ness and accountability Ajackus undertook and continues to undertake. As a team, we believe in believing each other and growing together, which is exactly how our synergies match.

While Skillsphere has been successful in delivering its programme through offline modes, and its website knowledge base, it was important to reach a wider audience pan-Asia through a focused initiative on general awareness development. We wanted to get our app done with a reliable partner who could relay our vision in a user-friendly manner to connect with our students. 

We met Ajackus during this time and saw a good fit with their team. Ajackus delivered an effective app for our student community where we were able to post quizzes every day, maintain leaderboards, and promote this app to partner schools in our network. They were able to make it quite user-friendly, and the app took off quite well with educational communities in India and the UAE.

• Improved Student knowledge: Network schools reported to us a notable increase in the general awareness of the students. Learning Analytics: Quiz responses helped us assess student skills in different learning areas, and allowed us to report the information to the academic teams.
