I'm the product owner and CEO of Service Galaxy, a CRM for the service industry. We have focused tools to streamline our clients' workflows, optimize their routing, assist with marketing, and never miss a call.

AiBridze Technologies has developed a client portal, customer portal, CRM, customer database, employee database, roles, permissions, AI routing, AI phone agent, marketing email, SMS and email notifications, reporting, calendar, dispatch, scripting, inspection workflow, and forms. Almost everything has been built from scratch. We've used tools like Google APIs and Twilio, but most tools have been built from scratch.

We've worked with 2–5 teammates from AiBridze Technologies.

How did you come to work with AiBridze Technologies?

We found them through an online search. Their pricing fit our budget, and they offered good value for the cost. Moreover, they had a large team with a wide variety of expertise to pull from.
