We had previously worked with AI bees on a self-managed LinkedIn campaign. The software worked perfectly & their team was great. When they came to us with a professionally managed solution with a guarantee to deliver XX qualified appointments/month it was a no-brainer on our part.

AI bees was our outsourced SDR team. They worked with us to create templated verbiage & cold outreach sequences via LinkedIn and Email that they hyper-personalized for each individual outreach. They tracked performance, made the appropriate changes and would solicit our input when neccessary. They would then nuture any responses recieved until enough interest was expressed and would then use our calendaring tool to schedule an appointment with one of our sales reps.

What was the team composition?

Our team consistently included an Account Manager, Copy Writer and SDR/BDR however our initial Sales Rep, the VP and other specialists would occasionally be involved.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Traditionally we've used cold calling & referral marketing to generate leads so this was our first attempt at this type of marketing. While it took a bit longer to hit a stride, AI bees proactively communicated/make adjustments and held true to everything promised! Ultimately the project was a success, generated multiple new clients and reoccurring revenue that exceeded the cost.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Great! They were proactive and clear in their communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their integrity! If you've worked with other marketing/lead gen firms then you know how rare integrity is in the industry. AI bees held true to our mutually agreed upon lead qualification standards, was receptive to our feedback/adjustments and fullfilled the terms of the guarantee.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

At one point we we got a new SDR, so there was a little learning curve but that's to be expected.

Their service and helpfulness are outstanding. The advice is always very good.

The account managers have changed too often. Although we are very happy with our current account manager again.

We hired AI Bees at the start of the COVID 19 Pandemic as a means to target customers digitally. Before the pandemic, our main means for meeting customers were in person and at conferences located all over the world. As the pandemic's rapid spread caused governments to take extensive measures to reduce contact, we quickly lost our chances to meet customers. By adding AI Bees to our initial marketing and sales plan, we were able to continue our outreach for new customers digitally without having to leave our homes.

We were turned onto AI Bees via one of our partners. We decided on AI Bees over LinkedIN's Octopus due to AI Bees's account management services. Having an account manager really saves us a lot of time when it comes to keeping our campaigns flowing.

As our target market is very niche, we searched for our target customers by uploading the attendee's list from the conferences we were originally meant to attend.

We currently have 100+ connections with prospects with 3 currently at the negotiation table and in free trial mode. This is actually what we were expecting given that we have slow sale cycles and a very limited prospect pool to choose from.

Our project managers have all been really great so far. Each one has been really helpful, transparent, fast, and friendly. I really get the feeling that I am valued as a customer and as a human being.

How great the account managers are! As well as how malleable the tool is. We not only target our customers but have also used the tool to announce our presence at virtual events and to hire new teammates.

Nothing comes to mind right now.

We were impressed by their desire to keep their customers happy and to pitch in and help when they can to take the burden off of us and take on some of the work that would otherwise be the responsibility of their customers.

They reached out to me via LInkedIn, and I agreed to meet with them. After the presentation, I thought it was worth a shot, and started working with the team. The deciding factor was mostly the wide outreach I could see through LInkedIn, and to be honest no competitor reached out to me, so they were the first.

The project is very simple. I decide what market I want to communicate to, and I create the list of contacts from LinkedIn, and generate the campaign within AI BEES Dashboard platform. Then my account manager reaches out to me and make sure the campaign is set up properly, and we review it together to make adjustments.

I had three account managers so far, and that is all the interactions, and to be honest that is all I need at this stage.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The first success has been to increase my network on LinkedIn. I went from barely 500 connections to 1,200 connections in 6 months, which is great because any communication I post on Linkedin has much more impact. The second success is the direct contacts I had with prospects. So far, I have turned any prospects into actual deals, but I am hopeful it will happen in the near future.

This has been very effective and very pleasant to work with their team. All the account managers we have been interacted with are very useful and helpful.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very efficient. They are on our account even if we do not communicate about our new campaigns They know because they monitor your account very well. In addition, we have a weekly meeting with my account manager, and even if I had to skip some of them, it has been very useful in letting me know what is going on with my campaigns, and pushed me on creating new campaigns.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot think of anything on the top of my mind. For me, AI BEES has delivered what they told they will, and I am very satisfied with the treatment of my account and the persons I am in contact with and I have been in contact with.

We do look at the amount of campaigns that we have sent out using AI Bees. However, even though the campaigning through them is using their tool, we do try different messaging and how that can make a difference on the interest that we received from retailers.

We got some serious leads which are forecasted to generate a consequent source of income for the company.

We get on a weekly call every Thursday to review what has been done during the week, see if things need to be changed, how things are going...On top of that, we get a weekly report to summarize everything.

We are impressed by the quality of the leads generated. On top of that, our account manager was very available and flexible.

We needed help with market research, so we hired AI Bees.

What was the scope of their involvement?

AI Bees produces the personal data of our targets, which includes LinkedIn profiles, email addresses, and telephone numbers. The team then runs communication cycles to approach potential targets like risk managers, internal audit managers, or finance managers. There are different ways to do it, one of which is to present me in a story to trigger a conversation on LinkedIn. 

We’ve made a logical construct on how the conversation could run and, in the end, shifted from LinkedIn correspondence to personal communication through phone or emails.  

After a certain point, I intend to continue what they’ve begun and will have the team hand over what they’ve accomplished.

The project manager is my main point of contact. There are, in total, 3–4 people working on the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

AI Bees is more B2C-focused, but they’ve adapted to work in a B2B model. There has been an upturn in the last six months, and they’ve since become accustomed to working at a very professional level with my team.

How did AI Bees perform from a project management standpoint?

Their services are meant for short-term material projects and not for large, long-term projects, but AI Bees has been very willing and able to learn. They’ve improved greatly and are good listeners; we give weekly feedback and they adjust their methods accordingly. 

We mostly communicate using Microsoft Teams, but we sometimes hop on calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

AI Bees is very flexible and ready to learn. They’re able to listen to what partners are telling them and take the necessary risks to improve. What they’re doing is better than being rigid and not able to change in the long run.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Th4ey weren’t prepared for a strict B2B business. Next time, I’d expect them to bring experience from a B2B and not a B2C model.

The more you listen, the more you will understand.

Normally we have high travel activity in order to obtain new business. When Covid hit we needed to change the way we meet new prospects in order to continue generating new business.

We did some searches online, and decided to try several ways or generating new leads, AI Bees was one of them.

We did an email and a Linkedin campaign. Togheter with the AI-Bees account manager we identified targets and started working on our message that would resonate with potential prospects in order to secure high quality leads. This was closely monitored by the Account manager in order to make small changes as we go in order to maximize our ROI. Ria, our Account Manager was great in making sure our rollout went smoothly.

2-5 resources Account Manager and Responder were regulars in our weekly meetings, and they would bring in other resources as needed in order to meet our requirements.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaign resulted in over 100 leads for our company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had online meetings weekly to monitor the campaign. This worked well, our account manager Ria was always just a phonecall or an email away should we have any questions in between meetings so this worked out great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Our Account Manager, Ria. She was definatly the backbone of this partnership, she understood our needs and would do anything to ensure we were successful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had a great account manager (Ria), and a great responder (Diana) Ria got a well deserved promotion, and Diana left the company. After Diana was taken of the account we struggled to get a responder that understood our business and as a result the quality and the amount of leads suffered.

We never got back to the same high quality that we had gotten used to when our account was under Rias management, and Diana was our responder. Making sure the AM and responder propperly understand the clients business is key in order to keep the partnership going long term.

It worked great although as we had very specific topics and invitations, it was difficult to write the different steps of the invitation process. Once a questions occurs it doesn't work anymore. So I mostly used AIBees just for the first contact. In gerenal it worked well and we generated a lot of new contacts.

We had video calls every other week and it worked great as my Account Manager helped me on each step of our campaigns.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They can make it sound like you actually wrote all messages yourself - although there are limitations (see above) if the other persons asks questions that differ from what you expect.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As written above: I don't know how or maybe I just missed it - but to get better notifications if you get answers and a time period where you can stop the bot before he send out the next message that then maybe doesn't fit to the questions the person asked.
