2. Month 1+:
AI bees will perform prospecting campaigns with selected Target Accounts and Target Personas to develop the Clients' Sales Pipeline. The goal is to deliver Meet-Me-Leads identified by A/B testing the campaigns with the lowest Cost-Per-Lead.
3. AI bees shall provide the following scope of work and delivery on a monthly basis:
a. Identifying B2B "lookalike" companies via AI bees technology
b. Enriching prospect profi les with personalised snippets via AI bees technology
c. Verifying prospect contact details using AI bees technology
d. Posting industry-specifi c content on LinkedIn.
e. Targeting up to 2000 prospects (in average per month) via Email and LinkedIn campaigns
4. Prospecting Campaigns start from Month 1 (after delivering the Strategy Report).
5. During the campaign preparation and ongoing campaign, the communication between AI bees and the Client goes via the AI bees Workspace on Click Up. For this purpose, AI bees will grant the Client access to Click Up, whereas there will be no additional costs for the Client.

The project manager (Ederlyn) is amazing. They were very thoughtful and supportive, great engagement practice and cadence. The area that is a struggle is the support functions...there have been several individuals that have come and gone in the relationship, which retracts the continuity.

We hired AI Bees to find qualified leads for one of our programs in the USA. They prepared a strategy to target and approach the kind of leads we were looking for, and deployed it for a full quarter. During that process we had several meetings and conversations to tune up the tactics and the overall strategy, in order to get the 30 booked meetings they guarantee in the contract.

The number of scheduled meetings with potential leads was the measurable outcome. They were not able to deliver the first 30 meetings in the first quarter, so they had progress, but it took a little bit more time to adjust the strategy and find the leads we were looking for.

The project management was very good. They usually respond in less than 24 hours, they were very customer-centered and always listened to our suggestions and feedback.

I would rate it as GOOD, but they missed the timeline, and the engagement has gone beyond 3 months to provide 18 hot and 9 warm leads. The good thing is I am still getting support from them as they are trying to close the engagement

I was not part of that process, but after a short period with AIBees, I was really satisfied of the lead that they provided. It was an easy introduction so I could focus on value delivery and short presentation. It helps me by reducing my time in the frustrating cold calls step.

I have an average of 3 meeting scheduled by AIbees every week. They are not hot leads, but warm enough to engage a good conversation and begin to nurture them through our sales cycle.
