We had a couple of meetings for the making marketing strategy to reach out the maximum consumers and we got the entire understanding for making strategies and then deployed the products for end-users.

Ahex solutions help us to achieve our business goals and also helped us in making certain market research for reaching the end-user. Using Ahex solutions we set to conquer the retail market goals.

Ahex developed a very smart marketing strategy to be distributed globally. They explained current restaurant and bar marketing and provided the tools, inspiration, and guidance to drive local business.

Ahex refurbished the entire understanding of the market for Gach khana and increased noticeable good changes in the company through its IT branding is engaged in a complete brand overhaul making Gachkhana visible in the market.IT solutions were given based on extensive analysis and research. Ahex ensured a systematic division of the entire project and delivered on the agreed timelines.

Total 8 team members worked with us. 1 Senior architect, 2 Mid level developers and 2 QA testing along with support team of 3 in rotation.

Ahex solutions helped us get a clear understanding of the marked. Gach khana existed from 2014 to 2016 with quiet stable position but went down from then. But using Ahex solutions we have refurbished the brand and are all set to conquer the local food market again. the tools helped to gain knowledge of market trends restored internal confidence. They’re able to work collaboratively to offer practical ideas and demonstrate a real passion for successful implementation. Amazing company to work with.

We communicated through Skype, Zoom and direct audio calls when required. Ahex's management style was very coordinated and organized and never a deadline was missed. The understanding of our needs was impeccable.

The resources were very knowledgeable, cooperative and dedicated to work. They knew what they were doing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Currently things couldn't be any better -Really happy about this and I cant think of anything but am sure there is always scope for improvement.

We were able to build a robust software due to Ahex's involvement in the brainstorming sessions, discussing on the new ideas rather than just selling us a generic service. Throughout the process, Ahex was genuinely reliable, produced superior work, and proactively sought to refine the end-user experience as much as possible.

Ahex team has shown extreme dedication in understanding the existing architecture and implementation of the product. Within 2 months team was productive in picking up support and enhancement requests. They have also helped us to move the entire codebase and infrastructure to a new setup and that too without impacting business even for a single day.

Extremely effective. From the very beginning, the team interacted with each other during the handover phase and also post-transition, a regular weekly meeting was in place to manage the workflow.

Dedication of the team and flexibility. Ahex team is extremely dedicated and understands what is required from the customer success perspective. They are also very proactive in keeping everyone informed about the progress, risks, and issues. Their proactive approach and flexibility have played a big role in handling some of the critical issues in the product.

They worked with us to develop the web and moble app. For the web version, a backend developer created a REST API using Java, Spring and MySQL, while another developer built the frontend with Bootstrap, HTML, SCSS, and an integrated API with Angular. A mobile development team built the iOS and Android versions.

They helped speed the development process and added mobility to the platform. They quickly adapted to our needs and were efficient workers. Each phase was completed within our deadlines, and the final outcome was lauded by all our stakeholders.

We communicated with their team on a daily basis through email, phone, and video conferencing. We also used Trello to track tasks, log issues, and monitor the project. They made sure the entire process was transparent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Throughout our engagement, their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our work hours was impressive. They suggested useful alternatives to keep our costs down and our timeline running smoothly. During scheduled demos, they went out of their way to make sure everything went according to plan and made sure there were no hiccups. They provided great support and made sure upgrades were seamless. They were proactive throughout the entire life cycle of the project.

Our engagement began around 2015 and is ongoing. Ahex Technologies completed the bulk of the work for this project within a few weeks. They've provided management over many years and make any changes that need to happen.

Ahex Technologies is very accommodating. We have a great working relationship. 
Since the site is not for e-commerce, I don't have any quantitative measures. Qualitatively, the website looks very nice and up-to-date. It shows that our company has a modern presence in the industry. 

How did Ahex Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Ahex Technologies is efficient about moving through the timeline. If I need any changes, they quickly turn around work within a day or less. They communicate very well via email and Skype chat. I don't have any complaints about them at all. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Ahex Technologies' most impressive strength is their responsiveness. They are quick to return our messages and complete tasks. Within their company, they have a vast set of skills. If I want to develop an app someday, they could help me do that. They employ many specialized resources like graphic designers I can pull in, as I have done in the past. Those are the main benefits of working with their team.

My main constructive feedback would probably be to use a project management tool in addition to email and Skype. I think that could be useful and make communication better.

My advice for future clients is to make sure the developer they hire has sufficient experience. Outsourced companies often try to use the lowest-cost resources. Make sure they are assigning the right quality team to your project.

Ahex’s efforts made a significant difference in the success of our product. Because of their reasonable cost, I was able to hire them to help me push through the initial stages and produce a minimum viable product (MVP) to share with potential users. The team really helped us fill in the gaps as we moved through the development process.

Their team was able to turn out project around for the better within the first month of our engagement.

Each developer has their own individual weaknesses.

I recommend clients provide concrete documentation outlining the functionality requirements at the beginning of the project. With this information, they can work quickly and efficiently.
