Ahex has a great team in development and AI. I would suggest that they need to have more trained / senior DevOps expertise. The DevOps team member is knowledgeable, a quick learner, and a good team member. However, the current system setup and architecture were complex for him to deal with. So Ahex will need to consider bridging this gap.

I’m the finance director of a local government entity.

We needed support to refresh and redevelop our website since our state recently passed a law requiring all websites to be ADA compliant.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ahex Technologies has refreshed our website and provides monthly services to keep it up to date. We've provided the team with our branding guidelines and wanted our website to have the same content, but refresh the homepage and overall UI and style. Ahex Technologies has taken our feedback and come back with three different homepages with three different styles for us to choose from. We've provided comments on all three styles, picked one, and the team has taken that style throughout the rest of the website. Our site is built on WordPress.

What is the team composition?

Our project manager is Sanjay, and another developer is on the team. There are 5–6 people on the calls to hear our feedback.

How did you come to work with Ahex Technologies?

We did a public RFP, and Ahex Technologies was one of the respondents. They were very thorough in their response to our RFP and addressed all of our items.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent less than $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2024, and the website went live in March 2025. We’re still working with the team on web maintenance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don't have any hard metrics to measure success, but Ahex Technologies has ensured that our website is mostly ADA compliant, and they've achieved that. The quality of their work is great.

How did Ahex Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team is very receptive to feedback, open to meetings, and quick to make changes when asked. Ahex Technologies delivers the work on time and within budget. We communicate mostly through emails and biweekly Microsoft Teams meetings to go over wireframes and discuss any topics that need to be discussed.

I really enjoy working with Ahex Technologies. They're a good firm to work with.

I can't think of anything they can improve on.

We had a good vision of what we wanted, which helped us and them deliver the product. Having a good vision is the best advice.

While the overall experience was great, there were a few minor hiccups along the way. I would recommend that the tech team place a bit more emphasis on UI enhancements to further improve the user experience.

Odoo implementation process (initially with subscriptions, sales, collections, CRM and email marketing to prospects and Clients of our start-up. 

The consultants will be responsible for analyzing our requirements, configuring and customizing the Odoo platform, as far as the named functionalities are concerned, integrate our platform with Odoo developing API, and providing training and technical support to our team.

Secondly I found the team to be always available and support my development team as when required and willing to walk extra mile to deliver as per customer expectations. The team I was working was an extended team for me and never felt I am working with a vendor resource.

The Ahex Team, coordinated with Saurabh and Shivam, has been tasked with developing a CMS platform using Next.js for entrepreneurs, small to medium-sized business owners, and large companies to sell e-commerce, digital products, and software. The goal of this platform is to provide users with a highly functional and customizable CMS that adapts to customer behavior and preferences through machine learning algorithms and custom scripts. 

The platform is developed as a microservice architecture that facilitates communication using protocol buffers (Protobuf) and GraphQL APIs for data handling. A Node.js API gateway, combined with Rust and WebAssembly, manages heavy computational and data processing tasks to lower latency and optimize CRUD efficiency. The team has configured multiple API integrations with various social media providers, shipping carriers, and advertising platforms.

We completely replaced Google Analytics with our own user behavior analytics, which collects and communicates data directly with advertising platforms. We have managed to eliminate third-party cookie limitations, cookie consent issues, and private browsing restrictions while adhering to GDPR and CCPA regulations. 

Additionally, we have implemented multi-factor authentication security measures such as biometrics, app authenticators, push notifications, Apple/Google SSO, and passkeys to ensure that user data is kept secure and safe throughout the entire process, avoiding phishing attacks, SIM swapping, and hacked email and password scenarios.
