What challenge were you trying to address with Agile Stormers?

We needed to build a website for Scentellow that looked like a luxury perfume brand and not just another generic online shop. We needed proper product pages and a smooth buying experience for customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agile Stormers built our entire e-commerce website on WordPress. The team delivered product pages for men’s, women’s, and unisex fragrances, a wishlist, a fragrance recommendation page, same-day delivery setup, returns, FAQs, and a blog.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the website went live, our online orders noticeably picked up. We saw around a 40% increase in customer inquiries coming directly through the site, and our conversion rate improved by roughly 30% compared to when we were taking orders manually through social media. We tracked these improvements through Google Analytics and Woopra.Moreover, the fragrance recommendation page made the biggest difference. Customers could describe what they wanted and get a suggestion, which kept them engaged and reduced the chances of them leaving without buying.

How did Agile Stormers perform from a project management standpoint?

Agile Stormers’ project management was so good that they even replied to my questions at midnight. The team delivered on time, with only a two-day delay, which didn’t matter. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

After the website went live, we started seeing steady traffic coming in, and the store was converting reasonably well. The product pages loaded quickly, the checkout process was smooth, and we received positive customer feedback on the overall experience. We saw around a 30%–40% increase in traffic within the first couple of months after the launch, and the conversion rate improved noticeably compared to what we had before. The conversion rate went up by roughly 15%–20%, and sales grew by around 28% over the first three months. Sales went from around $8,000 to approximately $10,500.
