Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the president of A&E industrial equipment in Fresno California. We sell and repair industrial Steam Cleaners and pressure washer and conduct our Sales primarily business to business. We’ve been in business for over 30 years.

For what projects/services did your company hire ADvine?

We wanted to build brand name recognition within our geographic market area and began utilizing advising to strategically placed us as the leader in the marketplace.

What were your goals for this project?

Our primary objective was to make a connection with our existing and potential customer base with the company name so that other marketing and advertising efforts would have a greater impact because of brand-name awareness.

Advine already had a reputation for being creative, hard-working, diligent and professional. They were referred to us by one of our existing customers.

Advine assists us in developing our advertising message and helps create content that is attention grabbing and resonates with our client base.

I work closely with the principal, however for special projects I have worked with multiple personnel and found them all to be also diligent, creative, and hard-working.

Through consultant efforts we have noticed a significant improvement in potential customers already knowing who we are before we ever reach out to them.

Mananging several of our social media accounts which are geared towards raising awareness toward mental health issues, agency events and fundraising.

For our 2020 Angel Tree Gift Drive, we set out for ADvine to create website, video and social media content. To bring awareness to the fundraiser with the end result in gaining gift donations for the children placed in our agency.

Our Director became aware of ADvine through word of mouth. A buisness colleague recommended ADvine to him.

What was the team composition?

For our Angel Tree Gift Drive and wiith all projects, we work closely with a media content creator as well as a web designer. As well as almost weekly contact with ADvine President to provide updates and address project needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had tremedous success with our 2020 Angel Tree Gift Drive. We recieved an abundance of gift donations and inquiries about the work of our agency. We received a lot of postive feed back on the accessability of our website, being able to view wishlists and donate a gift.

Extremely! ADvine staff is always prompt and communicative with all of our questions and needs.

I find most impressive their level of knowledge on content curation and timeliness of completing projects.
