What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They provided well trained staff options.  I felt like they really listened to what I wanted.  Our productivity of US staff went up.  It allowed us to continue growth which previously was limited by our ability to hire trained staff.  Owner was personally involved in managing hiring, staff training and productivity.  My off shore accounting costs went down and my work flows improved.  I was able to accept more clients.

The team is easy to work with.  Their increasing productivity improved my firm's profitability.  My US managers were able to spend more time managing engagements and less time fixing errors.  I found great communication and collaboration.  I had work with a different off shore staffing firm which was more expensive and much less productive.  Previous firm said they managed off shore employees.  Our experience was there was no active management of our off shore employees.

We’ve seen better turnaround time in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation, more organized accounting records, and a reduced workload for our internal team. The virtual assistant support has also helped improve CRM organization, lead creation, prospect calls, follow-ups, and calendar coordination. Overall, Accountant Offshore Inc. has helped us increase capacity and operate more efficiently. After working with Accountant Offshore Inc., bookkeeping and financial statement preparation have become approximately 30%–40% faster, mainly because the offshore accountant handles the recurring bookkeeping, reconciliations, end-to-end accounting, and financial statement preparation. For our internal team, the workload has been reduced by around 25%–30% since routine accounting tasks, CRM updates, lead creation, prospect calls, follow-ups, and calendar coordination have been delegated to the offshore accountant and virtual assistant. Overall, this has helped us improve turnaround time, stay more organized, and allow our internal team to focus more on client service and business growth. Moreover, the team’s support has helped improve the accuracy and organization of our financial records because bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation are handled more consistently.
