What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After launch, we started seeing positive results very quickly. The AI matching system made it much faster to connect the right candidates with the right jobs, cutting the time it used to take by almost half. Recruiters were able to find and shortlist candidates much quicker because of the AI ranking and better search filters.

For candidates, the resume parsing feature filled out most of their profiles automatically, which made signing up a lot easier and encouraged more people to complete their profiles. We also noticed more users coming back to the platform compared to what we had before.

On the technical side, the AWS setup handled heavy traffic without issues, and the automated deployment process meant we could roll out updates in days instead of weeks. Overall, the project helped us work faster, improved the user experience, and set us up for growth.

Their project management was well-organized and transparent. We always knew what stage the work was in and what was coming next. They delivered most milestones on time, and if there were any delays, they communicated early and explained the reasons clearly.

Build a mobile app from scratch using Flutter framework. We previously had native iOS and Android apps and wanted to develop a new mobile app with significant additional features using Flutter. Deliverables were a fully functioning app with the addition of chat functionality and our one-off games. This also required some updates to our web application and API's.

RadianSys managed the project professionally from the outset and dedicated significant resources to understand our application. Our web app was 7 years into development at the beginning of this project and had a significant amount of history and complexity as a result.

While we didn't quite hit our initial target date in terms of timing, this was not unexpected on our side and we appreciated the commitment from RadianSys in terms of continuing to develop and refine the product until we were all satisfied it was going to deliver a great experience to our end user. They have always been responsive to our communications and provided excellent support in the days and weeks following the app launch to ensure some minor bugs were fixed and new versions rolled out.

The team has also helped with integrations and merged the website with the app.

The original website was attracting just under 3,000 monthly visits, and now we’re averaging 9,000. As a small company, we’re very agile, so there’s always room to grow. However, Radiansys Inc has exceeded our expectations for the website, and we’re considering partnering with them on SEO and Google Ads projects to double and triple our results. 

The app has also exceeded our expectations. While it’s only available nationwide, the app has seen 17,000 downloads.

Radiansys Inc has met deadlines and worked within our budget constraints. We use Skype and other tools to manage projects. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their main strength is their competitive pricing, which is important to us. They’re also good communicators; they respond quickly, which sets them apart from other service providers. Overall, Radiansys Inc is cheaper, more agile, and more efficient than their competitors.

I don’t have any constructive feedback; Radiansys Inc has been on top of everything.

We hired Radiansys to develop a specific variation of a mobile app for schools, based on a concept/platform that is used more generically. It was key to have a special version just for schools and their audiences.

We searched online, Upwork, Dribble, Fiver, and other sources. What was key in deciding on Radiansys was that they had a clear project plan, a clear proposal, and the initial meeting with leadership gave us a lot of confidence.

The team build a new mobile app from the ground up, based on designs (in XD) and API specs. My team developed the API and the XD, and thus Radiansys had to coordinate with us. This is a bit more challenging than if you control everything because it required their team to communicate with us and integrate with us.

We worked with a project manager, a lead developer, another developer, and a business analyst. There were also QA and leadership roles involved, but we didn't interact on a regular basis with either.

Yes, project was completed successfully and we have moved onto the phase of release to our audience! We are now positioned to release to our initial customers and hope to be onboarding hundreds of users onto the app soon.

The team took those instructions and implemented them into the existing foundation of the platform. Their resources did quite a bit of work because the forms and contracts I used were complicated in how they flowed among different users.

I had clear instructions and a vision of what I wanted, and Radiansys met these criteria. Apart from that, they adhered to our milestones and timelines. As with any development project, there were hurdles and things that weren’t thought out well along the way — I checked how the team was able to spot those mistakes and come up with solutions. Overall, our success metrics focused on these three things: adaptation, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.

Radiansys’ project management was excellent. We used UpWork’s messaging system since I hired them there. The platform documented everything.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

I expected the first scope of work that I gave them to be difficult; they would take time to understand what I wanted to implement. However, they got everything done ahead of schedule correctly — they grasp what I was looking for right off the bat. The speed at which they understood the concept of what I was building was impressive. 

Overall, everything went smoothly and as expected. They communicated as they were supposed to and solved any problems that arose. They also took feedback well and fixed anything that didn’t work properly.

The team has developed a well-defined customer support portal that would be available for both private and public net banking platforms of Wells Fargo. This portal would help the bankers perform customer support operations. Radiansys has designed a very smooth interface for the application, supporting easy onboarding and efficient real-time instructions delivery.

Radiansys Inc's integrity sets them apart from their competition. I had some initial problems with the development, so I went to the company's owner to resolve them. I was impressed that they fixed them quickly, and the teammate who had caused the issue was very professional about the entire situation. We were able to cut down contract, expense/reimbursement cycle upto 70-80% which has not only streamlined the process and also able to reduce our overall expenses to a great extent.

Our team added their resource to our JIRA board. We had 3 weeks sprints and their team sized the requirements and met the project deadline. They conducted weekly status report meetings over Zoom. Best part was that all our meeting were conducted in PST time zone.

The portal has helped us cut down on time spent doing manual tasks. It’s streamlined the registration process a lot and has even allowed us to manage some of our back-office workflows. Having previously worked with nonprofit organizations, Radiansys was able to add value to our product. We’re happy with the quality of the work they provided.

How did Radiansys Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done a good job of adhering to the timeline and delivering tasks on the dot. We thought that, because we were working with an offshore team, we would need to coordinate with them in the evening. That wasn't necessary, however, since Radiansys made themselves available in our time zone. There was proper coordination throughout, and it was evident that they’re a mature, qualified team.

We added them to our Slack channels and used Jira to manage the project, as per the recommendation.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very proactive and followed our instructions and requirements really well. There wasn’t a lot of back-and-forth needed. Our communication was great and we were always up to speed on their progress. When we received the final product, all that was left for us to do was validate it, and when we needed some things changed, they openly accommodated our requests free of charge. The whole experience was very smooth and we intend to work with them again.
