Abstrakt Marketing Group does cold calls for us based on a vast database. Everything is tracked, recorded, and easy to review. The team genuinely cares about feedback and using it to improve results. The outbound calling side of things is something we’d never be able to manage in-house at this level. They bring insights and structure that most small teams don’t have.

Abstrakt Marketing Group also provides marketing deliverables each month. They create content on any topic we choose based on the services we offer.

What is the team composition?

We usually have one person who does our monthly meetings and check-ins for the sales side. I also communicate with another person for the marketing side. However, a whole team works on these things for us behind the scenes.

They reached out to us. We were at a point where we could invest more into the company and had the manpower to do so, so we took a chance.

Abstrakt Marketing Group tracks everything they do, and they go over it in each monthly meeting. The most noteworthy metrics are the closed deals from appointments they set. The engagement has more than paid for itself every year. We’ve closed around 15 deals worth about $1 million.

Abstrakt Marketing Group always delivers on time. We communicate via email and have monthly Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The communication and action points when we give feedback are impressive. There’s a ton of opportunity for feedback, and they encourage us to use it. They really personalize everything to us. I also love that they send out emails with their nurture program.

Are there any areas they could improve?

With the marketing side I still sometimes have to make a lot of basic edits to deliverables. The sales side works so closely with us that they know a lot about what we do, but the marketing side sometimes gets basic things incorrect that I feel like they should know after a 5 year partnership.

Per the contractual agreement they were supposed to deliver the following in a 12 month period:

-2 qualified sales leads/appointments per month (24 annually)

-After the 12 month period, if they did not generate the guaranteed number of leads they are to work for no fee until they meet their obligation

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After falling behind on their agreement only a few months in, we were assigned a new "partner success manager". We were supposed to have monthly updates so that they could tell us their plan to fulfill their obligation. That did not happen. More excuses were made. At the 12 mont mark we were put on "free status" until they fulfilled thier agreement. It has been over 5 months and no updates or new leads have been generated
