Abstrakt Marketing Group provided lead sourcing for the first 2.5 months of the project. They were responsible for cold calling those leads and then attempting to set an appointment so we could speak with and pitch the prospect. Their main deliverables were three qualified appointments with decision-makers per month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Abstrakt Marketing Group tried. We were able to listen to the calls they made, and their SDRs certainly attempted to communicate the information that might lead to interest. They set one appointment, but it wasn't completely qualified because it was outside of the agreed-upon criteria.In a last-ditch effort to rescue the project, we supplied them with about 1,000 of our own potential leads and suggested a script. We also preceded the calls with emails of our own. However, even toward the end, it was clear that it was too little, too late.Still, some of our website analytics increased, so it appears that some attention to our website and brand was the result of their efforts. We're members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and we've been told that requests for our company information at the BBB increased by 60% during the three months we were engaged with Abstrakt Marketing Group.

Their project management was fine. They were attentive, friendly, and easy to work with. We communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their backend systems, while a bit clunky (customized SF), provided some measure of transparency and visibility into their actions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could've been more honest during the sales pitch. They should've said that outbound cold calling doesn't always work for all companies.Moreover, they could've responded quicker to the obvious failure. If the first month went by and we had zero actual appointments, they should've met with us and changed the course. If two months went by and we had one barely qualified appointment, they should've taken immediate action instead of postponing the changes until it was too late. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

First,, make sure that your already have your own scripts, and your own pitches. Make sure that ANYONE - that is, people who are not you, can explain convincingly your services. Hopefully you have VERY SIMPLE products and services. For instance, if you pour concrete for a living - that should be easy to explain. But if you are a technical consultant, be careful and wary. Also ... pay very close attention to the progress. If you don't see ANY results in the first month of going live, we recommend you call them and ask for some kind of course correction. Just our advice.

What stood out most about Abstrakt is how much they function as a true extension of our team rather than a generic outsourced service. From the beginning, Sarah has been the driving force in making that happen. She took the time to really understand our brand voice, industry, and goals, and tailored their approach instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all script.

Her ability to balance structure with flexibility is especially impressive. She provides the consistency of a proven system while collaborating closely with us to refine messaging, qualification standards, and long-term strategy. Once I began working directly with Sarah and her team, everything took off. We established a real partnership, refined the messaging and qualification standards, and aligned on strategy. From that point forward, the results and collaboration have been excellent.

On average, we have 4–5 calls a month, and our lead generation has increased dramatically. Like in everything else, we've had unforeseen fluctuations, but for the most part, Abstrakt Marketing Group has been able to stay on task and accomplish what they've promised.

Abstrakt Marketing Group has delivered on time and on budget, and they communicate well with us. They use Salesforce, which is very good. We also communicate via email, text, and telephone.

Frank Green and Cole Wegmann have done an outstanding job for me.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re highly qualified and understand the industry. The individuals assigned to us are able to pivot from one direction to another based on the questions being asked from the prospective customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They do a much better job reporting on the phone calls they make than on the emails they send. If they could do the same with their email communication, it would really help. Still, this is not an exact science, and their team's ability to be consistent while relying on reciprocal maintenance from the customers overshadows any improvement needed.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

There’s a lot of pre-work that needs to be done. You have to have a sales strategy and segment the market. You can’t just go to Abstrakt Marketing Group and say, “Go ahead and make calls and get me sales.” You have to come up with a market segmentation that is very succinct and focused on your target audience. They want to be a strategic partner.

I will say I have an account manager who really cares and a team of SDR's that I think also really try. Definitely get involved with the process and your SDR's to make them excited about your business. Cold calling is a difficult task, and I'm hoping this continues and it will be long term.

Building size of at least 10,000 square feet of conditioned space and 4+ roof top units for preventative maintenance. Decision to be made within 8 months from the time the call is made.

Consistency in meeting monthly qualifiers with number of appointments set for sales team. Over $2 million is total revenue from clients that have been brought on board.

Abstrakt has always been very responsive to my requests. They've been consistent in monthly report meetings where deliverables are discussed, and adjustments are made as needed. We have fantastic communication through email, text, and phone that works in both directions when questions arise. Very responsive to my needs.

They have great energy. They have a system to make the calls and deliver the results. They are focused on follow up and the customer experience...having the desire for a long term partnership.

Honestly, when there have been course corrections that needed to be made in the way calls were delivered and such, Abstrakt was very responsive and took my requests seriously and made the needed changes.
