The scope of work was to enhance the speed of my website which is an online worldwide marketplace where speed is a key. Second step was to create a tax distribution system in order to comply with the tax laws in my country. Third step was to identify and fix the bugs on different pages of the website. There was a team of 5 people, but there was only one point of contact in order to avoid confusion and I liked that because it worked for me.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?After taking my money, they never delivered my app, and began to completely ignore my communication. I strongly advise caution when considering business with companies outside your own country. I have been defrauded of $25,100 by Suraj Singh, Zaffer Eqbal, Yashi Srivastava, and Aayan_in. Initially, they were very accommodating and eager to secure my business, persistently urging me to make payments. Despite paying the full amount, the app I commissioned was never delivered. After receiving the payment, the company ceased all communication and became unresponsive. Be aware that the company frequently cited numerous holidays and days off, which delayed the project significantly. This cultural difference can be quite surprising and frustrating, as it leads to substantial project delays. Additionally, if any team member experiences a personal issue, your project will come to a halt instead of being reassigned to another team member. This leaves you entirely at the mercy of an unavailable individual, further stalling progress. Once they received my money, their motivation to complete the project vanished, and all the previously enthusiastic staff members disappeared. I am now pursuing legal action to address this issue. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others to avoid making the same costly mistake. Ensure thorough research and due diligence before engaging in international business transactions.Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? We reached out to Aayan India to design and develop an application which expands the vendor options for mobile money deposits & withdrawals. The App is currently on the play store and is yet to get onto the appstore.

What were your goals for this project?

To be able to turn every single mobile money user in the country into a user or a Vendor. At the moment, there are only a handful of vendors amongst 12 million registered Mobile Money users. Our objective is to make anyone of the 12 million a user or a Vendor.

How did you select this vendor?

I researched on Google for top app developers and affordable. I wrote to a couple of companies in India and I finally got to Aayan India.

Describe the project in detail.

To build an application which allows users to make request for Mobile Money, cash & to change foreign currency to local current. The user, selects their location, amount needed, type of request (momo, cash or forex) searches for a Vendor, a vendor accepts and comes to your location to perform the transaction. Vendors earn commissions on transaction. Their mobile money account is instantly credited.

What was the team composition?

From the start I spoke with the project manager Mr ATUL and I was assisted by Mr Suraj who proved to be very helpful, smart and very eager to make this project a success. Everytime there was an issue and I reached out, they are always there to help, fix and remove bugs to make the app work as great as possible

This was my first application to ever build and with the assistance I got from Aayan India, we were able to solve all the challenges we had with API's and make sure the functionality of the app is working properly

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was and is very smooth. Till date, each time there is an issue, it is rectified in no time. They have a great support group on whatsapp and skype

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their payment terms, flexibility, ability to work at odd hours ( since the time difference is about 6 hours) willingness to help at all cost and make my concept a reality.

The only problem is the time difference. 6 hours between Ghana and india

What was the scope of their involvement?

Aayanindia.in developed our website and did SEO. I wanted to have a platform where users can post their own problems and generate social awareness. We also had one feature for exporting all the data and a system where it calculates which posts are having more reviews. Based on that, we rank the post every week. The first post that’s on top is sent manually to the government of India so that they can respond to us and take action if required.

The website started out as a one-page website, but we added 13 more pages to it with the help of Aayanindia.in. This included a contact form and several different sections that redirect users to the content they wish to see. The project team used Angular and Node.js for development.

What is the team composition?

There was a frontend team and a backend team assigned to the project, including a tester and a project manager. My sole point of contact was the project manager, but once we started the testing phase, they gave me full access to their team.

They claimed they’re the best in the industry and they are. I personally know two members of their leadership from previous jobs. They showed me their sample work and after reviewing it, I was very much interested in doing business with them. They offered guidance and low prices. Our users now have a visually appealing UI/UX to interact with. I was pleased with their management and development team. Overall, I received three very beautiful websites and two applications from them which are up and running in India.

How did Aayanindia.in perform from a project management standpoint?

The project was delayed one week because I was delayed on my end in responding to them. I was expecting it would be a one-month delay, but they assigned another resource to minimize the timeframe.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best thing about Aayanindia.in is they not only gave me what I needed but suggested a few things that were very helpful for my website. They shared their own experience with me and I have a very friendly relationship with the project manager to this day.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wasn’t as happy with their testing team as I managed to find a few bugs that they could’ve found on their own. They should work on that aspect a bit more. Furthermore, while their management team is available 24/7, their development team is not. I suggest having an equally responsive development team. While they did fix issues within 24 hours, if they happened on weekends, it would take 48 hours or more.
