The scope of work included the design, development and deployment of a mobile application tailored to the needs of Back in the Ring (BITR) and the participants we support. The project was developed from the ground up and involved both technical development and ongoing collaboration to ensure the platform reflected our way of working in practice. 
Key deliverables included user interface and user experience design, participant registration and profile management, communication and notification functionality, activity and attendance tracking, secure data storage, reporting features and administrative tools for project staff. As a result, we have gained better insight into participant engagement, improved our ability to measure outcomes and strengthened our reporting to funders and partners. The platform has also reduced administrative workload for staff, allowing more time to be spent on direct participant support and service delivery. 
Perhaps most importantly, the application has created a scalable digital foundation that supports the continued growth of BITR and our ability to reach more participants without a corresponding increase in administrative resources.

Project management was generally well handled throughout the engagement. Communication was clear, response times were reasonable, and the team remained accessible whenever questions or adjustments arose. While, as with most software projects, some timelines required flexibility as requirements evolved, key milestones were delivered within an acceptable timeframe. 
In particular, both the CEO and the project manager demonstrated a strong commitment to the project. They were professional, solution-oriented and responsive to our needs, taking the time to understand the realities of our organization and adapt the development process accordingly. 
This collaborative approach made it easier to navigate changes and ensure that the final product reflected our operational requirements. Overall, we found the team reliable to work with and appreciated their willingness to engage constructively throughout the development process.

Compared to many development providers we have encountered in Europe, Aayan Infotech delivered a strong balance between quality and cost-effectiveness without compromising professionalism or responsiveness. Equally important was the company’s culture. 
Throughout the project, we experienced a team that genuinely cared about delivering a good result, was willing to listen, and approached challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. Like most growing technology companies, there are always opportunities for improvement. We also believe there may be opportunities to streamline the customer-facing side of project delivery. At times, a smaller and more focused group of representatives interacting directly with the client could make communication even more efficient and reduce unnecessary complexity. That said, these were relatively minor observations within an otherwise positive working relationship, and they did not materially affect the overall success of the project.

I came up with an idea which I will keep private for obvious reasons. 
It was an idea that I had for years and I finally decided to try and pursue my dream. I knew it would require a large investment and I would be taking a big chance, as well as time away from my full-time job and family. 
I then had an idea to have an app to accompany the idea.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After taking my money, they never delivered my app, and began to completely ignore my communication. 

I strongly advise caution when considering business with companies outside your own country. I have been defrauded of $25,100 by Suraj Singh, Zaffer Eqbal, Yashi Srivastava, and Aayan_in. Initially, they were very accommodating and eager to secure my business, persistently urging me to make payments. Despite paying the full amount, the app I commissioned was never delivered. 
After receiving the payment, the company ceased all communication and became unresponsive. Be aware that the company frequently cited numerous holidays and days off, which delayed the project significantly. This cultural difference can be quite surprising and frustrating, as it leads to substantial project delays. 
Additionally, if any team member experiences a personal issue, your project will come to a halt instead of being reassigned to another team member. This leaves you entirely at the mercy of an unavailable individual, further stalling progress. 
Once they received my money, their motivation to complete the project vanished, and all the previously enthusiastic staff members disappeared. I am now pursuing legal action to address this issue. I hope my experience serves as a warning to others to avoid making the same costly mistake. Ensure thorough research and due diligence before engaging in international business transactions.

They never delivered my app, and stole my money. They are thieves and they will do the same to you. I have paperwork to prove it. I am currently seeking legal action. Don't make the same mistake I made.

BUBBLEBUD WEB SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a social media-based company we are working on getting a new social media platform for the modern generation with some additional features and privacy. our goal is to ease the issue one faces on the current social media platform regarding privacy and too much ad content one does not want to see. today's social media platform has become a trach for a normal person seeing content that they don't want to see. our platform will be free of any agenda or ad and will only see the content he/she wants to see.

What was the team composition?

currently, we have to have a small team of 15 members working on both the marketing and development of the project, once we complete the project will increase the strength according to work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

we have 3 phases of work and we all fully satisfied with the quality of work and inbound time is given to us. and all things are working perfectly as we planned hope 4 phases finishes smoothly so we can launch it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

workflow is very well managed and coordinated from both ends regarding the project we get daily reports and progress and also they get our review so to improve maximum things at the time of development and testing only.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their developers were experienced and there skill to manage project development was impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

they should work on little on the monetary side they are a little expensive than others in the market but their work justifies this.

I am the C.E.O. Of Yentem transact (World Services for Africa). We look for problems in the country and try to provide simple solutions to solve those problems.

For what projects/services did your company hire Aayan India?

We reached out to Aayan India to design and develop an application which expands the vendor options for mobile money deposits & withdrawals. The App is currently on the play store and is yet to get onto the appstore.

What were your goals for this project?

To be able to turn every single mobile money user in the country into a user or a Vendor. At the moment, there are only a handful of vendors amongst 12 million registered Mobile Money users. Our objective is to make anyone of the 12 million a user or a Vendor.

I researched on Google for top app developers and affordable. I wrote to a couple of companies in India and I finally got to Aayan India.

Describe the project in detail.

To build an application which allows users to make request for Mobile Money, cash & to change foreign currency to local current. The user, selects their location, amount needed, type of request (momo, cash or forex) searches for a Vendor, a vendor accepts and comes to your location to perform the transaction. Vendors earn commissions on transaction. Their mobile money account is instantly credited.

What was the team composition?

From the start I spoke with the project manager Mr ATUL and I was assisted by Mr Suraj who proved to be very helpful, smart and very eager to make this project a success. Everytime there was an issue and I reached out, they are always there to help, fix and remove bugs to make the app work as great as possible

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This was my first application to ever build and with the assistance I got from Aayan India, we were able to solve all the challenges we had with API's and make sure the functionality of the app is working properly

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was and is very smooth. Till date, each time there is an issue, it is rectified in no time. They have a great support group on whatsapp and skype

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their payment terms, flexibility, ability to work at odd hours ( since the time difference is about 6 hours) willingness to help at all cost and make my concept a reality.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only problem is the time difference. 6 hours between Ghana and india
