They conducted a great user market survey and received a lot more feedback than we could. To show that there is a demand for the app, they condensed that user market survey.

Their ability to respond to technical inquiries was excellent. Additionally, their tech staff, UX designers, and project managers worked together seamlessly, so everyone was aware of what was going on on both ends. In far of answering our inquiries and communicating with us, they were generally helpful. We can't wait to continue working with them and secure more funding.

They were quite good. They initially laid everything out on the first day. They met all of the deadlines and planned everything out from September to November. Even though we tossed them some last-minute curveballs, they managed to hit them all.

We made use of Basecamp and email. There, we were able to message them and observe whatever they did. Everything was set up so we could determine when we needed to deliver our belongings to them, and they had the Gantt chart ready for us to study.

The quality of Aalpha's work is very high, so we're really glad that we're working with them — we really appreciate it. Thus far, we haven't seen any issues or bugs with the product that they're creating. However, in case of any failure or problem after releasing the system, we're very sure that we'll be able to reach out to them to get it fixed.

In terms of meeting deadlines, we initially wanted Aalpha to deliver this system as soon as possible because we wanted our customers to discover our online presence. In that regard, Aalpha has delivered our website on time. Even though the project is still ongoing, the team has delivered work according to our timelines. Overall, they're excellent.

We mostly communicate via Skype, although they sometimes also use WhatsApp. That said, our official communication channel is email; we use email for our official communication.

I would like to give a shout-out to Aalpha's CEO. From the very start, he promised us that the project would be fine, and he has stuck to his promise based on our milestones. I really appreciate that.

There aren't many areas in which Aalpha lacks skills of falls behind. However, I believe that the quality of their work can be even better than it already is.

Any other potential client would love to work with Aalpha. My advice to those clients would be to provide all of your requirements to Aalpha so that it's easier for them. If clients don't do that, it's possible that they will keep adding requirements throughout the project. Thus, it's better to provide a full set of requirements from the start so that they can do their work perfectly.
