We needed Aalpha’s development and maintenance support.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Aalpha developed my SaaS system from scratch and provided maintenance for it. They used .NET, Java, and other technologies.
Initially, I provided them with our requirements, and they came back with an analysis. They created the quote and documentation. I signed the contract and paid 50% of the project cost before the development started. There were multiple phases, and after completion, the product was posted into production.
The SaaS platform was aimed at recruiters trying to find candidates across the globe. It enabled them to post their job to a dedicated database where employers could log in and look for candidates with a specific skill set. The platform worked on a subscription model; we charged on a per-candidate basis.
What was the team composition?
We had a project manager, a development lead, and about 4–5 developers.
How did you come to work with Aalpha Information Systems India Pvt. Ltd?
I researched on Google and found them to be the best match for what we were looking for. The value, quality, and requirements they responded to were the best.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent about $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in late 2020, and the project was finished in November 2021.

The quality of Aalpha’s work was great; I would give them five stars. They were great at fulfilling all of our requirements in the best possible way.

Aalpha did very well; they met deadlines 99% of the time. We used a shared spreadsheet for project follow-up and planning.

Their communications were outstanding. Also, they were one of the best competitors when it came to the overall budget. I’ve had a lot of issues with other service providers in the past, including lack of communication and missed deadlines; Aalpha has been far better compared to these previous experiences.

We started with a meeting to discuss about our project goals and expectations. They then came up with a 3 part strategy with different app designs and told us to pick one. We picked our choice and it was developed using Python latest technology.

The mobile app came out great. We were able to interact more with our clients and the design of the app was superb!

The project manager was easy to relate with and he communicated to the rest of the team. They delivered a great job for us and we communicated mostly via Skype

They delivered a finished, well-developed project to us when the job was finished. It's an excellent product. Also, they had the system professionally architected. They are quite picky. We would use them once more if given the chance, and I would suggest them to my clients.
