I am the owner of Profi Cleaner Gebäudereinigung from Bremen. We are a cleaning company that exists for 15 years.

Aalpha Information Systems India Pvt. Ltd has done the website correction for us because our website was a bit old and was not up to date for today's time. Our goal was to reach more customers and increase orders through the website.

Aalpha Information Systems India Pvt. Ltd recommended another company to us because they were very satisfied with their services.

We got in contact with Alpha Information Systems India Pvt. Ltd and told them what our goal was and what we expected. They also gave us their own idea of what we could do to improve the website, which we accepted because this idea was much better than ours. First, we gave access from our website and then they started. After 2 weeks we did a test and asked our customers and friends how the website looks. They were more than satisfied. They just need to connect online chat to our site so that everything is ready.

We were in contact with 3 employees of Aalpha Information Systems India Pvt. Ltd. We were in contact with the project manager and with 2 professional web designers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After we did the test phase, our site was much simpler, more professional and for our customers and friends it is much easier to find the service they need. We have also received many more calls and orders, and that was also our goal.

We communicated every other day via Whatsapp and Skype. Project managers and web designers were always available and we were up to date with what they were doing at that time.

The best thing was that they all did it without stress or complications. Everything was very transparent and everything was very easy for us.

No, everything is good and professional. We have no complaints

Our company has commissioned Aalpha to create an internal link with our own website and autoscout24.de so that the vehicles we offer for sale on autoscout24 can also be presented on our own website at the same time without having to do any additional work. If we now add a vehicle article at autoscout24.de it will immediately be added to our own website and vice versa. This has been a great relief for us, now we do the work with less effort!

They called us to redesign our corporate website, we asked them if they could do it, and they confirmed it, and we started the project because we wanted to do it anyway.

We presented detai our idea, they immediately understood what we ask from them, they first sent us the written offer, we looked at it and analyzed it, it was very good for us because we did not have to pay in advance, they first did all the work and made the connection, then they contacted us in a second call and we were positively surprised because we got exactly what we were looking for! After that came the invoice and we paid by bank transfer, all the time they had a listening ear for us and the team understood what we needed from them.

We had contact with: Philip, a salesman and consultant who was very communicative and friendly.
