After our previous developer used closed source code, we had to pay someone to redo our entire website. Since we wanted to avoid that issue, we asked Aalpha to use a framework or language that could be adjusted by someone else in the future.
SOLUTION
Describe the project in detail.
We consulted the Aalpha team to recreate our website using open-source code, so that it could easily be edited by another party. They redesigned the platform with accessibility and user-friendliness in mind.
What was the team composition?
We have a project manager who allocates the work to a larger team.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They've created a user-friendly platform that utilized open-source code, just like we requested. They've turned around tasks in a timely fashion, and while we work in different fields, they've done a good job of understanding exactly what as ask for. They offer their services at a reasonable rate, especially compared to providers we've had in the past. The results have always been good.
Their work, together with the content creation of my marketing team, has driven good results. We've seen increased exposure and a larger number of inquiries since we engaged them. They're definitely the best provider I've had since they balance quality, customer service, and pricing.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They could be slightly more proactive in providing suggestions, but I suspect that I'd have to pay more for that. However, my marketing team has supported me on this front, so they work well together in that sense. I'd reiterate that Aalpha is very good given what they cost.
