The scope of the work was to make an app for computers that would video record chiropractic students and professors from 4 cameras. The results would be displayed on a monitor that showed a comparison of the student's videos with the professor's. The students and professors would login, choose a class, and then the system would place the videos in the correct folders.

The app they created does compare videos from the professor and students. They both can login, choose a class, the professor can enter a description of the lecture, there are breadcrumbs that show the user where they are in the app, The AI component works. They added a feature to the joint tracking that is better that what I designed.

Mukul and Yashwant were the primary people that worked on the project. They both responded to emails quickly, ususally within a day. Changes to the project were needed as it progressed. They listened and always made the changes without complaining. Sometimes they made suggestions to make it better; and sometimes the suggestions were done and it made the app better.

JP Loft was tasked with taking a concept for a mobile dating app, designing it, developing it, and testing it.  The concept evolved over time into a very robust, full-featured dating app.  In addition, I asked them to act as product managers, developing new, functional product ideas that would set TruuBlue apart from the competition.  We also decided to add AI functionality near the end of the development cycle, which further set TruuBlue apart from its competition.

The TruuBlue app was delivered on time and released in June 2024 in Colorado.  JPLoft supported the release and made quick fixes as needed.  I continue to use JPLoft to add features and functionality as required.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The TruuBlue app is full-featured and delivered on time. When we went live, there were a few glitches, but we fixed those very quickly, and the app is now solid. The TruuBlue app has been well-received by users since its release and has doubled in membership in four months.

JPLoft is very well organized and uses tools to track changes, issues, upgrades, etc. All people involved in the app's design and development are engaged in the tracking system, which works well.

Most updates were delivered on time. However, certain features and functionality were added by management during the development process, which clearly caused delays. JPLoft's most important attribute is its ability to respond to requests quickly throughout the process.

My contact is in the US, and most of the design is done here.  He interfaces and manages a team of engineers and developers overseas, which keeps costs low.  This setup works very well.

We had an old e-commerce site for our primary brand that was obsolete because it was built using Magento 1. JPLoft stepped in to assist us redesign and convert our site to a Magento 2-based platform, with an emphasis on the user experience.

JPLoft built a platform that relied on a massive database to store the material and partner information we had gathered from three separate websites. In addition to site conversion, their team implemented product-filtering functionality to provide our consumers with more personalized search results.

Their efforts have increased our B2C sales – our new e-commerce site saw a 400% increase in site traffic, and we continue to see progressive growth month after month. Overall, we are very delighted with what JPLoft has been providing.

Currently, we continue to work with JPLoft. We are in the process of revamping the app to improve its market visibility and value. JPLoft took responsibility of developing our platform, beginning with a rigorous three to four-week process to specify requirements, identify core services, and build the architecture. After this phase was completed, they effortlessly transitioned into the implementation stage with a dedicated team. The development process took around seven months from idea to launch, using a Python tech stack, React for the frontend, and AWS for hosting. 
Our solution, a configurable button that non-profits can easily add into their websites, launches a hosted experience either within a lightbox on their site or via a dedicated tab. Although it was built primarily for desktop use, it is also capable of adapting to mobile interfaces. JPLoft is currently building our platform with new features while providing support through DevOps, QA, and architectural expertise. Their support with release management and maintenance of our production, staging, and development environments has been crucial.
