What challenge were you trying to address with mobitouch?

I needed an agency that could listen to my needs and, based on that and their experience, provide solutions to deliver a working MVP in days rather than weeks or months. I needed a partner that could not only design based on my input but also provide me with their experience and best practices.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

mobitouch has designed and delivered the full app. The key features of the app include registration and collection of leads with appropriate GDPR consent, creation of a user survey, collection of user problem photos and integration with the mobile camera and a CMS, creation of a CMS, notification and messaging system, and user settings panel and controls. There have been three main deliverables: Figma mock-ups for the app and the user flow, a realistic plan on what’s possible to deliver, and a working MVP of the app as agreed in the second point.

We wanted the app to showcase our range of films. Up until now, we mostly relied on physical samplers, and there was no convenient way to preview a specific film. The app needed to allow browsing through products conveniently, include a form for easy ordering and have a feature where users can upload their photos and show what our products look like in real live. We also needed a simple back office panel to manage the app.

The app is now published in the stores and works and looks great. We're very happy with the results.
