7Span has delivered builds and videos showcasing the app's progress. Moreover, we've received positive internal reviews with notes. Thanks to the app, members have an easier time accessing their benefits and information.

7Span leveraged a modified Sprint format for managing the deliverables and schedule.  We used Jira / Confluence to ensure requirements were clear, deliverables were achieved and schedule met.

When the business client needed more time to reorganizae their internal processes, 7Span was able to quickly pivot to a smaller team and less formal project management.  This ensured the project stayed on budget while achieving revised timelines.

Even with the smaller team, 7Span continued to leverage the software tools to keep high quality of deliverables.

• The UX / UI development is overly dependent on Figma as a software tool.  This has significant gaps when working with clients that are unfamilar with web technologies.

Key deliverables included the full frontend interface, backend API development, and a production-ready system built for reliability and long-term maintainability. The final product met our requirements and was delivered to a high standard.
