The CRM functionality also improved visibility into client records and made ongoing client management more organized.We estimate that the team saved roughly 60%–70% of the time previously spent on recurring reporting and client management tasks. Before the system, tasks like managing client records, reviewing transaction details, preparing monthly or yearly statements, and coordinating investment-related information involved more manual work and back-and-forth. One of the key achievements of the project has been the successful development and launch of our AI-guided marketplace platform. Working together with 7Span, we’ve refined the platform architecture and AI recommendation logic to support different user journeys and recommendation behaviors across the platform.

Another major success has been the evolution of the AI recommendation engine itself. 7Span has helped us implement intelligent tool-calling and dynamic response logic, allowing the AI system to adapt recommendations in real time based on user interactions and goals.

In addition, the successful integration between the frontend platform, AI systems, e-commerce functionality, and our Odoo ERP infrastructure has created a scalable foundation for future growth and new AI-driven services.

What challenge were you trying to address with 7Span?

We needed to create a custom LMS platform and link it to our existing e-commerce platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

7Span developed the front- and backend of our platform. They connected our existing e-commerce platform using APIs and ensured we had a robust single session authentication for both platforms. The team built everything from course progress tracking to navigation and feedback modules where our students can submit their work and also leave comments. They also integrated our existing video hosting platforms and email marketing automation. We handled the design ourselves.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

7Span delivered a working LMS platform that our students enjoyed. We received positive user feedback regarding usability. For example, users said the platform loads faster and is easier to navigate and use.

How did 7Span perform from a project management standpoint?

7Span's project management was amazing. It was a pleasure working with them. The team was really engaged in the project, and it felt like they were part of our team. They delivered on time and were quick with all the changes we requested. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

7Span's work ethic and attention to detail were impressive. The team provided daily updates and asked questions I wouldn't have thought about. They really overdelivered in terms of value.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on. They did great!
