What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the key achievements of the project has been the successful development and launch of our AI-guided marketplace platform. Working together with 7Span, we’ve refined the platform architecture and AI recommendation logic to support different user journeys and recommendation behaviors across the platform.

Another major success has been the evolution of the AI recommendation engine itself. 7Span has helped us implement intelligent tool-calling and dynamic response logic, allowing the AI system to adapt recommendations in real time based on user interactions and goals.

In addition, the successful integration between the frontend platform, AI systems, e-commerce functionality, and our Odoo ERP infrastructure has created a scalable foundation for future growth and new AI-driven services.

Moreover, we’ve received positive feedback regarding the user experience and the personalization of the AI recommendations. Early users have consistently commented that the platform feels innovative, intuitive, and more interactive than a traditional e-commerce experience.
