I am the general manager of a distribution warehouse. We have been in business since 1978 and supply hundreds of resellers within our industry.

For what projects/services did your company hire 7Clouds?

We needed to modernize all aspects of our organization from the ground up. Replaced servers backup servers switches, cameras, firewall, reconfigured user settings, built web forms, new email, new WiFi both inter and client. Secure VPN for sales force. Coding for new integrated website with our Erp. Blocker put into place, new hyper supervisors setup new fiber optic lines were installed, new cat5e lines installed and much more.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Vendor was a personal friend known to me for years and that I felt could be trusted with a years worth of data.

We started by analyzing the entire system that we already had in place. We made a detailed list of all the components that would be necessary to complete the project. We sat down order all the necessary pieces that would be necessary together. Once all the pieces were at the facility I personally installed all the new cat 5E wires fiber optic cables put into place where I was told Server and Switches with battery back ups once this has been completed The 7clouds team came on scene to finalize the installation and started to get everything working.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total we had three different members from the seven clouds team help with our project. The main point of contact was the owner Jason.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Security was our number one goal with his project and now we feel very confident that our security has increased tenfold we will continue to make progress to better serve our clients.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Open lines of communication were key to completing the task and such little time that we did together it was a pleasure to work with him and will continue to do so for years to come.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had the ability to get it done on time while being open and, most importantly, honest.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wouldn’t have waited so long to start the project.

On one occasion our computer system crashed and they stepped in and immediately recovered the necessary files and got us back up and running in just a few hours. On another occasion we needed to replace and upgrade our computer system and they walked us through the setup and the transfer of files.

How did you select 7Cloud and what were the deciding factors?

They were highly recommended by a friend. Their prices were very reasonable, and service was excellent.

Computer system would not start up. I contacted them and they guided me over the phone to revive the system. As soon as it was possible they logged in remotely and completed the job to get us fully up and running

I worked with two members of their team. I don’t know their positions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were fully successful each time I used their services. The problems that they were asked to address were totally solved and did not recur.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were very efficient and addressed the problem appropriately. The communication between my team and theirs was smooth and they explained what they were doing every step of the way.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took my concerns seriously. It was clear that they knew what they were doing and were not just reading from a manual. Their prices were also very reasonable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only way they could have done the job better would be if they would physically come to my place of business and serve me lunch while they performed their services.

They had to rebuild our entire network from scratch. they were able to retrieve our old information and they built the new system on that one

Their CTO was our main point of contact as well as one other IT

By using there design, we were able to run faster and more efficient than with our previous system

Everything was completed promptly and was very discreet. They called only when they needed to.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their clear understanding of what needed to get done and following through with it. And the speed at which they accomplished it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is a company that I would recommend without hesitation
