The main work was our website, unosearch.io. Daynt handled it end to end, from design to development: the UI, the page layouts for our services, and the build itself. Being an SEO agency, our own website is the first thing any prospect checks, so it had to be fast, clean and easy for our team to update, and that is what we got. Along with the website, they migrated our infrastructure from the old shared hosting setup to a dedicated private cloud managed by Daynt. The migration was done in phases so our client campaigns and internal tools kept running throughout. On the new setup they have put proper structure around how environments are provisioned, how access is controlled and how everything is monitored. Now adding a new client does not create extra infrastructure work on our side, and we can clearly show who has access to which systems. This new setup also allowed us to move to a new CMS implementation, which is more efficient and optimised. The Daynt managed private cloud has given better performance and security for all our clients.

The website went through the usual design and build cycle with review rounds. Whatever feedback we gave came back fixed in the next version, we did not have to follow up much. The migration was the part we were nervous about, and they handled it very carefully: phased, planned around our client work, and delivered on the timeline they had committed. For the ongoing management they are quick to respond, and many times they catch and fix issues even before we raise them.

One single team covered the design of our website, the development, and the infrastructure. We did not have to coordinate separately with a design agency, a dev shop and a hosting provider. They also understood that for an agency like ours, the website and the infrastructure matter only if they help us grow, and both were built keeping that in mind.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Daynt could have done differently?

During the migration, most of the communication was with our technical team. A simple non-technical summary for the rest of our team early on would have saved a few internal questions. It is a small point, and the documentation they have shared since then covers it.

Daynt built the whole Workfolio application. A tradesperson signs up and creates a single page that holds their services, a short about section, technical details and a gallery of before and after photos from real jobs. If they do not have a logo, they can generate one with AI or refresh an existing one. Everything sits behind one shareable link they can drop into a social bio, a post or a business card. The work covered the design, the front end, the backend and the AI logo feature.

The platform went live and tradespeople can now put a full page together in minutes instead of paying for a one-off custom site.

Our engagement covered the end-to-end technical delivery of the Workbelt platform, from product strategy and user experience through to development, infrastructure, deployment, and ongoing technical leadership.

The team acted as an extension of our business, providing a CTO-as-a-Service engagement rather than simply delivering development resources. They worked closely with us to understand our vision, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and define the overall product roadmap and architecture.

From a development perspective, they delivered our custom software across both mobile and web platforms. This included the development of our iOS and Android applications, as well as our web platform built using Next.js. They were responsible for implementing the complete application architecture, developing new features, integrating third-party services, and ensuring a consistent user experience across all platforms.

They also led the entire UI/UX process, including user research, user journey mapping, workflow design, wireframing, high-fidelity interface design, prototyping, and the overall design system. Their work ensured that the platform was intuitive for skilled trades professionals while maintaining a modern and professional user experience.

On the infrastructure side, they designed and implemented our cloud environment, including server provisioning, environment configuration, containerization, orchestration, infrastructure management, security best practices, and ongoing maintenance. They established our CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and development workflows, allowing the team to release updates efficiently and reliably.

In addition, they handled DevOps and operational support, including environment management, monitoring, deployment processes, release management, and overall platform stability.

As part of launching the mobile applications, they also managed the technical aspects of publishing to both the Apple App Store and Google Play, including developer account setup and configuration, application signing, store compliance, submission management, and resolving issues throughout the review and approval process.

Overall, they were responsible for taking the product from concept to production, providing the technical leadership, architecture, design, engineering, infrastructure, and operational expertise required to successfully launch and maintain the platform. It also brings data from the marketing tools the team already uses, so people do not have to keep switching between different dashboards.

Daynt has been working with us like an extended tech team for DigiOps. They handled the product from the first UI/UX screens to development and deployment. The main deliverable was a working SaaS platform where a digital marketing team can see each client's tasks, goals, performance numbers and reports in one place. The system is connected with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Meta Ads, so reporting is much less manual than before. Apart from reporting, DigiOps also covers daily operations. The team can create and assign tasks client-wise, track progress, schedule social media posts and use AI features for some routine activities. This has made the platform useful not only for reporting but also for managing the actual work. Daynt also takes care of the technical setup. The product runs on their managed private cloud on bare metal servers, and they have put the DevOps and CI/CD process in place. Because of that, updates are released in a controlled way and we do not have to get involved in every technical activity.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

DigiOps moved from just an idea to a live SaaS product which our team can use for day-to-day client work. Earlier, reporting involved checking data in 6-7 different tools. Now most of that information is available in one place, along with tasks, goals and client-wise progress. The regular releases and stable hosting setup have also helped us keep improving the product without disturbing users.

Project management has been straightforward. Daynt did not wait to build everything at once; they released the platform in stages, which helped us test real use cases and give feedback. Most items were delivered as discussed, and the team is responsive on calls and messages. Whenever there is any issue with an integration or release, they usually pick it up quickly and explain what is happening.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out for us is that Daynt could handle the complete product responsibility. The same team worked on product planning, UI/UX, development, AI-related features, integrations and the cloud setup. We did not have to manage separate vendors for design, engineering and infrastructure. They also understood how digital marketing agencies work in India, especially the need to manage everything client-wise. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Daynt could have done differently?

Because DigiOps depends on many third-party tools, some integration issues can happen when Google, Meta or other platforms change their APIs. In the early phase, we would have preferred more proactive alerts from Daynt whenever such issues came up. They have now improved the monitoring and communication, so this is not a major concern, but having that status visibility from the beginning would have helped.
