We are an e commerce marketplace catering to children from 0- 18 years. I am the project manager, client relations manager aswell as look into the daily admin duties.

We have always trusted our projects to 42 works. In total we have worked on 4 projects together with our aim to deliver a website with ease of access and use to the consumers aswell as for us as a business to manage.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for web developers and shortlisted this company profile. Reading up on the company background and on how Anmol, the founder of the company, had successfully managed and delivered many projects of our sort across the world to exceeding standards made us ready our to them.

Once we started to interact with the company our main person of contact was always Aamiya, she was very accommodating with a high level of professionalism which helped in deciding to go with them.

We had a meeting in which we discussed what we wanted as a business from this project. Valuable contributions were made by 42 works and we decided on a timeline to split the work into mock up, designing and development stages. Feedback calls were arranged at the end of each week and our request were handled with right away.

We worked with the leadership team, aswell as the project manager, designers and developers. We were assigned our own dedicated team to accommodate the workflow. Anmol and Aamiya were always there to attend to our requests at any given time.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The customers love our website and have commented on the ease of access and updated design. The pages are easy to navigate to and transactions are made with security and ease.

We had daily interactions with the project manager and seniors of the team. The project manager would assign his team members on daily tasks to be completed and made sure our requests were looked into right away. We would communicate via skype, google meet, email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

A very experienced company with a personal touch. They were all very accommodating and friendly making it easier to work with and get through the workload. They have a dedicated team with expertise in all areas and will go beyond their means to make sure the client is happy.

Developing and maintaining a unique personal yet professional relationship with the leadership team, Anmol, Aamiya aswell as everyone I have worked with has given me a bond that I will always treasure. Thank you to Anmol, Aamiya and all at 42 works.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not a complaint at all! Continue doing what you are and being who you are and I know you will continue to strike higher every time.
