The redesign was initially expected to take about 2 months, but thanks to the strong collaboration and dedication from both teams, we completed it in just 4 weeks. Now, with the fully designed UI in Figma, I’m ready to implement it into the iOS app and roll out the new update to my users, marking an exciting milestone in the project’s journey.
