I’m a senior marketing manager at RE Strategies in Ras Al Khaimah.

We engaged them to develop a customer-facing warehouse management portal.

What were your goals for this project?

Our objective was to double our traffic by the end of the year in addition to increasing the number of inquiries that we received through our contact form. We also wanted a simple, user-friendly platform so that we could easily make updates on our end.

I found them through a Google search.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

In the beginning, we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. We received mock-ups and three initial designs for the main page of the site within the first two weeks. After a few iterations and discussions with our marketing team, we finalized the design and provided feedback on how we wanted the rest of the site to look. 2Base Technologies then came back to us with wireframes and concepts for the remaining pages.

What was the team composition?

I primarily worked with the project manager who served as the main point of contact. There were also two frontend developers, two backend developers, and a QA resource working behind the scenes.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Thanks to 2Base Technologies’ efforts, we were able to launch our products within a few months. We’ve since generated sales, and our company’s revenue has already increased by 10%. We’ve also seen an increase in requirement rates and improved our number of downloads on a regular basis.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It was easy to communicate with their project manager, and they frequently updated us. We spoke over the phone at least once a week and used Slack to chat. Overall, I was impressed by the team’s timeliness.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by their knowledge of website design, user experience, and optimization. We learned far more than we thought possible, and I appreciated how patient and thoughtful they were while we came up to speed.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

Everything can always be done faster, but we were satisfied with their work every step of the way. In the end, quality is more important than speed, and we ended up with a beautiful product.

People find it easy to choose their preferred plans and the transaction part is quite smooth and hassle free. I am receiving great response from my users for the web application
