I am Owner and General Manager of Dog Inspectors, LLC providing K9 Bed Bug detection.

We wanted to develop a proprietary app for Client reports that could be handled both on the cloud and from individual devices in order to standardize and streamline our inspection reports.

The evidenced strong knowledge and experience in the field and grasped our needs quickly. They developed logical solutions at an affordable price.

• Research - understanding our business, and the specific need.
• Development - phased development of the app with adjustments in progress
• Completion - Delivery of a fully functional app that met our needs
• Adjustments - Made changes and fine tuned the app for our needs as we were using it.

There were at least 6 or 7 but I don't remember their positions.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were very pleased with the delivery and launch which occurred in about 12 months and fine-tuned over an additional 6 months.

They were very casual and friendly, yet very attentive and responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are a small and aggressive company which I liked! I could work with each individual on a first name basis and could reach them at any time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, not really.

We wanted to develop an app to allow students to accept electronic payments when selling fundraising items

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We wanted to hire a local company in Knoxville and they were recommended by a reputable website development company.

245Tech walked us through the steps needed to develop our web-app. We had no experience in creating a project like this before and both Jeff and Scott made it super easy despite a very complex app.

We worked with both Jeff and Scott. They make a great team.

We are now able to get schools and groups on board using our app and the early results are very promising. Sales are increasing and students and sponsors at the schools love the app based on early feedback.

Whenever we had meetings with Jeff and Scott, they are very good listeners. They both understood the direction we wanted this to go and made it happen.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to turn our "idea" into a reality. The app is working as designed and we look forward improving the app as we move forward.

At this time, no.

We already used their services.

We wanted a webpage that was mobile friendly, emphasizing our menu, phone number, and location that we could update as necessary.

Three.

New webpage was created and moved to production within the scheduled timeframe.

We had multiple online/zoom meetings to discuss our requirements.

Their willingness to make the webpage design meet our requirements as much as possible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was a little disconnect between our requirements and the initial mobile and desktop design, but it was corrected.
