I needed someone who was skilled in React to do web development.

They did front- and backend development of a web application. They worked on a particular piece of a complex project, involving using different software, combining it, and creating APIs.

They were recommended to me. When I talked to them, I liked that they were knowledgeable and responsive.

We worked together from May 2020 – June 2020. We plan to work together again.

The quality of code is good. They’re organized and very good at coming up with solutions that we weren’t aware of for specific tasks.

I managed the teams and laid out the plan. They were comfortable with the way I laid it out, and they worked hard to achieve it. They handled technical details and were proactive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re knowledgeable and professional, working hard for their client. They don’t just work to get paid; they want to see the client be successful. I will rehire them on future projects.

Clearly define your requirements. This team understands complex projects and gets the job done.

Toporin Studio helps us with our digital marketing. Their scope includes SEO, keyword research, Google Ads management, and Facebook Ads management. Moreover, their ad campaign management services encompass defining our target audience.

I work directly with Toporin Studio’s owner; I don’t communicate directly with the rest of the team.

I got referred to them. I ultimately decided to work with them due to their excellent communication skills.

We started working together in October 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

Thanks to Toporin Studio, our site’s positioning in search results has improved, and our ads are performing better and better every month.

Toporin Studio is very responsive. We communicate both virtually and in person.

Overall, Toporin Studio’s work has been great so far, and our results keep getting better as time has progressed.

What challenge were you trying to address with Toporin Studio?

We wanted a website that could improve our call leads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We didn’t provide Toporin Studio with any documentation before starting the partnership. Our website was built in WordPress; they also designed the site. They integrated a customer form that potential customers fill out to inquire about our services — the form is automated to generate an email to notify our team about the inquiry. 

Now, Toporin Studio provides us with maintenance and reporting services for the website. 

Toporin Studio is also providing us with PPC services through Google Ads. For those ads, they’ve created custom web pages for the ads. Their team also creates those ads. 

What is the team composition?

I am only in contact with the owner. 

How did you come to work with Toporin Studio?

We saw their advertisements on Facebook, and I contacted them to set up an in-person meeting. We also checked their portfolio. 

How much have you invested with them?

I believe we’ve paid around $10,000, which includes their fee and the Google Ads investment. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We first started working together in August 2022, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Within a day of launching the website, we started getting an increase in calls. We then launched our first campaign in September 2022. It's too early to provide any concrete metrics, but I’ve seen an incremental increase in the calls and leads were getting — it’s clear Toporin Studio’s efforts are working. 

How did Toporin Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Toporin Studio turns around projects quickly — within two weeks of our initial conversation, their team completed the website development project. I have no complaints about their project management. We primarily communicate through phone calls, in-person meetings, and emails. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of work Toporin Studio delivers and their turnaround time has been great.

Overall, I’m really impressed with Toporin Studio’s work.
